Despite being slightly short staffed, those working today worked very hard making everything to order to ensure freshness and quality. Before this visit it had been different staff and much more slow. Today they were incredibly communicative and helpful. I could hear all the staff communicating strongly to one another on orders trying to get them done quickly. They are a perfect outside example of a Wendy's crew. I will definitely recommend this location.
Came in on my lunch from work took 15 mins to take my order at the counter then another 30 mins to get my food. They send 15 order thru the drive thru an treat the counter customer like they don’t matter really horrible service for customer who come in to counter left our hamburgers on counter for 10 mins before they put fries in bag an my food was cold!!
Fries were cold. I told the guy in the window and was he rude to me and told me to pull around and wait for fresh ones. Not sure why I didn't get fresh one the first time. I spend my money the same way the employees do, why would I want to waste it on food that I can't eat. I only gave the 2nd star because the manager was cool and made it right
I was told by the manager that he had multiple $50 mobile orders and did not have time to take my order. This was after I was not acknowledged by any employee or the Manger for a full 5 minutes. I was the only person in the restaurant. There were multiple cars in the drive through line which is why I opted to go inside. I understand the lack of staff can make it hard to run a business. Lack of customer service and being told they don't want my business because they have other business is not ok. The only reason I went there was because my 2 boys asked for Wendy's.
The drive through took forever when I went to get my food yesterday in the morning and they were out of sausage...?
Staff is nice, but the wait times are insane. I do delivery and Wendy's is the longest wait of any of the fast food places. The food is freshly made though, and they always get the order right.
Nice individuals working the windows but don't drive away until you have confirmed you have your full order...they seem to be famous for forgetting something and with the long drive-thru lines, you don't want to have to wait all over again just to get what you ordered and paid for the first time around.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Last Sunday I got in the drive-through line at 7:15 pm after working a 12 hour shift. I sat patiently in line for 45 minutes. I pulled up to the intercom to order right as I watched the clock turn 8. The worker on the other side is said "sorry we just closed" even Though I just heard them take the order from the car infront of me. I asked what time they closed and they said 8. I told them it was very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional that they couldn't serve me or the last 3 to 4 cars behind me that had waited over 40 minutes just to order our food. I told them I had a long terrible day at work and how all I wanted was chicken nuggets. Whoever I was talking to got mad and said word for word "I'm tired of explaining this to you. We. Are. Closed. What don't you understand? Just go to Dairy Queen or something." So I did. Worst experience I've ever had, so bad in fact, if I was the manager or even the owner I'd be ashamed and probably let go at least the person I talked with and the manager on duty.(I would have posted sooner but couldn't because I Worked opened to close at my job the past 6 days straight)
Worst food and service EVER! ? they forgot what we ordered, forgot one of our drinks forgot straws for the sodas and forgot sauce for the nuggets I ordered. On top of that the chicken nuggets tasted like nasty old cooking oil/ iron blood ? I literally didn’t even touch any of the other food, the fries were soggy and nasty, it’s a no from me for Wendy’s
Worst Wendy's ever. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.Not only did I have to go back and have them remake my order, I didn't get a receipt so they wouldn't refund me. They remade the food and I've never had burnt fries until then. It was so disgusting I couldn't eat my nuggets or my fries. I had just got out of the hospital and wanted fries and a frosty and they couldn't even get it right 2x around. I will NEVER go back.I hadn't been there in a few months because the last time I went they gave me the wrong order and instead of making right they shut down the restaurant 20 minutes early while I was sitting in the drive through with 5 other cars. I've never seen anything like it. IF YOU WANT A DECENT MEAL DO NOT EAT HERE.
