Sat in line for almost 30 mins. Got the wrong order. Tried to knock on door (inside was closed) but the employees kept looking at their phones and ignoring us. Walked around to drive through window because the line of cars was 9 deep. Was given an apology about getting the wrong order but told they would fix their error unless we were in a car. Did not have the time to wait in line another 30 mins or more. Will NOT be going back to this place.

I went there today have not beed there since the pandemic. Of course could not go in. Waited in line about 20 minutes. You would think the food would have been hot because they were busy. You would think they were cooking every thing would be fresh. Well none of that happened. My food was ice cold and terrible. I tried to get into the door so I could complain but they were locked. So I got back in the drive up line. Told them the food was to cold to even eat. They made it over and it was just as bad. What a waste of my GAS, time and money. Won't be going back there again!!

Restaurant either doesn’t remove the burned items from the fryer, change the oil responsibly, or doesn’t clean the fryers properly. Could be all three. Chicken sandwiches tasted of burned used oil. Fries had chunks of charred remains of fries in the container. Everything was inedible. Last time we ordered and called the manager to tell them this happened. Tried again and everything tasted the same. We understand this is fast food but proper care of the fryers is necessary for good tasting food.

Ordered 3 servings of Chili and none of them were warm! Sour Cr Chive baked potato was served without any sour cream or butter; in addition to forgetting the fixings for the potatoe they omitted giving me any salad dressing for the salad which I asked at the window if they had included and lettuce in salad had brown spots ( not very fresh)...terribly disappointed in the 30 minute wait in drive thru and quality and temperature of my $28 order. Will not go back.

Used to be an employee of the south one, trying to get my w2 has never been a bigger issue, the staff is reluctant to give me my info as well as one lady who came pretty aggressive, the fact that any of the wenyds is up and running is beyond me. Adam if you're reading this just shut the stores down

Update. Came back to THE SAME WENDYS thinking, ok. They can't do ot twice, right? Wrong. Same scenario, different person. Same order. Number 6 with CHEESE small with a Dr. Pepper. Uuum....number 6.....I thought...Dude, really? Why is this so hard? I got cheese....but no tomato, lettuce or mayo. I am so over this. I will never come back here again.So I waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. When it was finally my turn, I said "a number 6, with cheese, small with a Dr. Pepper." She said, "oook....a..number...6?" I said, "yes.With cheese." She says, "with a small Dr Pepper?" I said, "yes. I want cheese on the sandwich". 3 times I said it. No cheese. Who are you hiring? She didn't even charge me for cheese. Like, what is happening?

?WORST. FOOD. EVER.?I have been coming here since 1990, and I have always enjoyed a good Dave's Single Burger PLAIN, a medium fry and a chocolate frosty.Today in the drive through, I waited 25 minutes. I received only a cold fry and my cold burger that felt like fake leather. Someone spat in my burger!!! ???I went around again, wanting to speak with a manager but one of the managers on duty was too busy yelling at an employee about some stupid thing. I tried getting their attention by yelling but they slammed the drive through window and ignored me. My chocolate frosty completely melted by the way, it looked like old chocolate milk!!!! Disgusting food, Disgusting service, Disgusting employees. Overall horrible quality, I do NOT recommend.Be better Wendy's, seriously. ?

Food was on par with the standard Wendy's experience. Figuring out how to enter the drive-thru is a little Wild West as there are two different ways to come in. I can see that becoming a bit of a tangle on occasion. The drive-thru though took forever to kick food out. I don't know if they were short staffed in these difficult times but the food was very slow.

This Wendy's restaurant location in Medford on Biddle road is an okay place to get some food and a drink.You got to love Wendy's menu, it is interesting and diverse.This particular restaurant is just okay. The employees there are fairly competent, and the facilities are somewhat clean.There's definitely better places around to eat, but when you got a few bucks and you want that chocolate Frosty, stop on by!

They have good food. I like their salads and chili. But they are so slow! The last two times I went through the drive through it took over 30 minutes.
