Zero stars were not an option.so I guess I'll give it 1 Star. It was my first time at way back burger on this Friday! They were not too busy and my family and I were starving. I placed on order containing A bacon cheeseburger,A regular cheese Burger and a chicken BLT and 3 large fries!The employees were slow pace but that is expected now days! Online orders are more important I guess. Anyways I get home and I was missing a large fry and the bacon on My chicken BLT. Also my daughter had a very long hair in her Burger and when she brought it to attention we started to scope out the food which we found more hair.this time in the fries ??♀️?♀️??We called way back burger and were never given an apology only told that we would get a call back from a managerIt has now been over 2 weeks and still not a word!Way back burger is trash ?️Good Management=Good Employees=Happy customers ????????
cannot make their own burgers. quality of the food is fine but the employees literally blow. rodeo burger plus bacon means no onion rings and no bacon apparently. oh and they forgot the 4pc chicken despite being printed right on the receipt. they offered me some plain bacon on the side and then gave some some less than satisfying chicken strips... and no fries i guess for troubles?? dear owner. hire robots.
Had never been, so took the clerks suggestion on what to try. The impossible melt was very good, but the onions were a bit on the raw side. The onion rings were not something I would order again. Definitely not fast food, I would wait for it again!
If I could give zero stars I would! This place was absolutely a nightmare! All the employees working that day clearly didn't know what they were doing and were just standing around and looking extremely confused while asking the manager how to even ring the order up and make the burgers in the first place. That's not even the worst of it...fries had too much salt and nothing else was seasoned at all! I remember the moment I took a bite of my hamburger I chewed a couple times and spit it right back out! It was super gross and bland!
Consistently subpar, and overpriced for what it is. Staff must be poorly trained, poorly managed and/or underpaid, because the incompetence is consistent. Forgetting orders or getting them wrong, general confusion, poor cleanliness. Just go to 5 Guys
You need to have an option to have the Buffalo sauce on the side of the chicken tenders so they don’t get soggy in delivery...Or have the option to add Buffalo sauce as the dip for the tenders.OR a note box to request it in deliveryOtherwise you get soggy tenders from uber eats
An honestly good place to eat if you’re in a pinch. The food is definitely okay. I like their veggie burgers and their fries aren’t too bad but also aren’t anything special. Exactly what you can expect from a mediocre burger chain. The environment is a little cold but you can’t exactly blame the underpaid and most likely understaffed employees for that now, can you? Overall, I had fun but if you didn’t have the warm company of family, you might start to get paranoid that everyone in the shop hates you and wants you gone (lol). However, I do have a diagnosed anxiety disorder so that could be me more projecting than the actual feel of the restaurant (I’m medicated, don’t worry!).
Burger was ok - craft your own. 1.25 for two ultra thin/short slices of bacon. Person taking orders couldn't get out order right after multiple times of placing - he seemed very frustrated.. two patrons in the whole place but somehow every table was dirty with 4+ people working.
Excellent made to order burger with fresh toppings. The wait time was a bit long, but it was worth it.
Be careful how you request special orders. I asked for some condiments and onions on the side and they took the cheese and other toppings off. The food tastes good but after spending $30 just for the burger it's pretty disappointing.
