I ordered a granita with oat milk & no flavor, asking "it's just blended (coffee & milk), right?" when I tasted it, it was sweet & I could tell that it had dairy in it. I called back to ask what was in it & was told that it contained a powder with trace amounts of dairy. either that powder is also flavored, or flavor was accidentally added to my drink.if someone orders a dairy alternative, they likely cannot have any kind of dairy. it's so important to convey to customers what is in their drink. I wish I had very clearly asked what was in it. the people working there were nice, but when I called, they did not offer to replace the drink. sad day ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ
I was here at 7:30am today to pick up a 6 item DoorDash order. Told by lady with long black hair to park and wait. After 6-8 cars in line were served, I went to walk-up window where I was told by same woman that Doordash orders are lower priority than other orders. I won't waste my time here in the future.
I asked for a dry cappuccino and was given a wet latte. It should be incorporated into training how to work with alternative milks and asking people how they want it if they know it's hard to heat or foam.
This business has been out bed place to get Great service, and the right cold or hot drinks Long standing customer ???
Great people and service. They will make your drink anyway you want. No seasonal drink restrictions!!!!!

I stopped at this location this morning April 4th 2022 the girl that helped me was black hair very tan she was absolutely unfriendly really rude made me feel like I put her out of her way by asking to order a coffee or beverage.The lack of quality customer service was obviously non-existent at this location that girl absolutely brings bad karma to that establishment just by her behavior and attitude.
Got my birthday drink and they were so nice friendly and wonderful. The coffee was delicious too!
These girls cannot seem to get a nice strong latte right! Last several drinks tasted watered down. I want to taste the espresso. I'm going to try once more then I'm done. Central Point Human Being is awesome!!
Always great coffee and seasonal drinks. Candied peppermint is our fave and they have Macadamia milk as an alternative milk choice!
