Terrible experience. Took forever to get our food, and my dish was the wrong dish. I told her I never would have ordered sweet and sour, because I don't like the flavor. And we had a whole discussion about heat levels of the actual dish I ordered, when I ordered. Why would we discuss what heat level I wanted on sweet and sour? I ordered the MD4 (clearly in red, hence the discussion about spice levels), I got the MD3. So the waitress blamed me. Cool. Then took another 20+ min to get my food, though she said it would be 'like 5 min'. When we were chatting near the end, she came over and put the square reader right on front of me, and stood there waiting for me to immediately do my card. We didn't even have to go containers yet. Found that incredibly rude, especially as they weren't busy, so no need for rushing us to get a table free. Haven't been here in years, and that will clearly be the last time. I'll go to Kin Thai, where they take good care of their customers.

We had been missing out at Thai Bistro so we to see if they were open and to our surprise it was open for Dine- in. I usually get the Pad Thai meal but decided to try the Drunken Noodle dinner. Their service was very good. When our meal arrived they were both hot and steaming. This time we both wanted try the dinner with Tofu instead of their delicious chicken. We both enjoyed the tofu with our meals and will try the tofu with other dishes. Great job Thai Bistro cooks and to the very good service. See you again soon! Both pictures are close up to show the epicurean delightful meal we enjoyed.

I just been here and im really disapointed with this place. The food has not elaboration at all, just noodles with tones of a sweet souce and some dry chicken around, few asparragus on top and woula 16 dollars. After 45 dollars of bill i am still hungry. Is a really awefull feeling, i dont wanna anyone else having the same bad expirience.

I used to be pretty critical of this place. It wasn’t spicy enough; they don’t use enough fish sauce; there is too much sugar; but I had the cashew nut with chicken, the yellow curry with chicken, and the phad thai with chicken, and I thought they were pretty great. I was hungry, so that helped, but the food was fast and hot, and frankly, delicious. Plus, everyone I ate with thought so, even the kids, so I’d say I’d go back. Oh, it’s a bit pricey, but we feed 5 people and had enough left for a meal the next day.

We ordered take out, spiced duck and pad kee mao. We decided to make a picnic of it on Roxy Anne. Once we got up there I open mine and it’s pork fried rice. I called and they said they had my duck, someone had gotten confused and mixed up an order. They offered a free future meal or for me to come get it. I wanted that duck and we went to get it.They apologized and gave us two free Thai iced teas and free cheesecakes. Their curries are delicious, some of the best I’ve ever had. They were understaffed and working hard.

Outstanding staff. We had a late lunch with PadThai and Pineapple Curry, both were fantastic. I travel across the nation and am always on the look out for good Thai food. Seems I found one of the better places in Medford Oregon. The staff was very attentive without being overly so and the place was nice and clean. There was a steady amount of ‘to go’ orders which is always a good sign. I will be back when I find myself in Medford.

In town on business and decided to try this place out because I love Thai food. I got the panang with beef and it was so good. Maybe even better than my local place. Can't wait to go that way and have it again.

So this was only my second time going here. I ordered chicken pad Thai and chicken dumplings. When I got home I had four dumplings before I decided that it tasted fishy to me so I decided to dissect it and found that there was shrimp inside of it. I am highly allergic to shellfish that's why I didn't order shrimp dumplings which is not even on the menu. All they could do for me is tell me they can reimburse me for the dumplings or use the credit towards the next purchase .disappointed as a business owner. Be very careful when you order from this place because there's obviously stuff in their food that's not on their menu like shrimp in their dumplings. If you have food allergies I would stay away from this place because obviously they don't care about customers it's about the money. They can keep the money I just won't ever go back.

I have to say my last meal here was very disappointing. The service was great but the food has really gone downhill. Ever since I discovered this place in the late nineties I have compared every Thai food restaurant to this one. I'm willing to give it a shot maybe it was just a bad day. I feel bad writing this review. I don't think I would have done it except it was really terrible. And I have to add I have written many good reviews for this restaurant in the past. I hope you guys can pull it together I used to really love your food.❤

This place is amazing! So sad to hear it's closing. And to Connie Chan that's not the restaurants fault, that's the delivery services problem.
