Waited in the drive through for 40 minutes today 5 cars in front of us when we pulled in, the waiting isn’t the problem it’s the customer service and ability to complete a simple task.Finally got to the ordering intercom had to repeat myself 5-8x she still couldn’t get the 2 items correct, there was a line 15 cars long behind me, the man in front us was clearly frustrated as well after sitting there at the order window (no one in front of him) for 15 minutes. After continuously trying to relay/correct my order, I asked her if she could stop and listen and she told me to get the HELL out of her drive through!With pleasure! I won’t be back!I get that everyone is under staffed. But wow, I’ve worked customer service. If you can’t focus and take down an order, and multitasking is clearly a challenge for you, just finish what you're doing, I can wait that is NOT a problem. No one wants to repeatedly repeat themselves or have to continuously correct you because you lack the basic capabilities of taking down an order.Even the manager was a joke. She said “Well we are short staffed if you’d like to apply for a job…”I must have missed the memo where we are aloud to completely disrespectful to customers. I get hostile customers, worse than I have EVER been (this is my FIRST bad review) but I have never been aloud to behave the way she behaved in a workplace. Management is clearly doing a great job here!I ordered a #2 with a Pepsi, side order of nacho fries. Careful peeps, that small order rocked her world, she truly could not grasp it and was horribly offended that I would want to correct it and get the correct item, my bad!
The meal deals are nothing special. There isn't a lot to it. So, if you don't need a drink, skip the combos. They have Nacho Fries on the menu again. I hope they decide to make it a regular item. They are the best thing at Taco Bell. Our tacos were mostly lettuce. I know it's supposed to be cheap eats. But, at least put a little more meat on next time. Staff is nice and get your food to you quickly.
What can I say besides sometimes you want Taco Bell, you go get Taco Bell. This location is one of the best. Everytime I've ordered the order is correct.
Love the Crunchwrap Supreme; but, the Sausage Breakfast Crunchwrap was terrible (tasted more like hamburger).

Even though my order through the app had processed and charged, it wasn’t showing up on their end. I was able to tell them my order and they made it no question. Super cool late night crew over there!

Service is always great, swift, and helpful. Food is okay. I mean, it's Taco Bell, it's nothing to write home about...except when they have those nacho fries! That's definitely a highlight whenever they're offering them.
Great for a couple of grab and go burritos with a root beer.
