The only thing the Central Point location has going for them is the quality of their food. The service here has gotten so bad that this is the last time I will eat here.

I love this place. Always great food cooked in house. I'm a big barbecue fan and this place hits the spot. Sauces are just right, not too strong but very flavorful.
Killer Brisket and burgers. Love their barbecue sauce. The house made teas are amazing too. Need to chill out on the black pepper in the potato salad though.
Amazing brisket the flavor was amazing especially throughout the dish also had the country fried steak and the gravy was one of the best I've ever if I do say so my self this was my first time trying it if you have yet to your missing out
I was there on Sunday at the Medford location not only was the food cold pretty sure it was bad. Definitely made me sick after eating there. Food and service has gone down hill the past couple times being there. First time I assumed just a bad day but it’s turned into just plain all the days are bad. I won’t be returning. Disappointing. Overpriced for the quality. All the tables are sticky for some reason. I ordered the Pastrami sandwich and potato salad. The small 4" roll wasn't toasted, soggy and was slathered with mayonnaise, no mustard, no swiss cheese, hardly any grilled onions and more pickles then pastrami. The potato salad lacked any flavor and had awful texture, some of the worst I have had. I've had better in the hospital cafeteriaI. Can't speak to the rest of the menu, but I'm not willing to try anything else given this 1st experience I had. I really expected more from this place. Feels like I got ripped off for my $16. The sweet tea was ok.
