We love this subway location. We visit every Wednesday. Staff is always amazing. Sandwiches are always made perfect to order. Great staff and great atmosphere.
The experience here was awful. All 3 sandwiches were poorly made and wrapped without being folded or cut. Employees wrote insulting names onto the sandwiches and created a hostile environment. Employee smoking directly beside the front also poor etiquette for a subway. Our online survey detailing our experience was completely ignored, implying the owners are ok with this behavior.
Best subway in medford, always has the soups. Make sure to ask for the guy on his first day...everyday.

Guess the worm has turned since I last ordered. Have all the subs shrunk by half? The bread and fixings may have been reduced, but the price sure has not. I thought that for the price increase, the subs should do the same thing. Usually, I eat half and save the rest for later. The sandwich I got today, I finished and was still hungry. It was not at all what I expected and am a bit disappointed. Will go elsewhere.
If you go to this location know that you will have the best Subway sandwich ever made. Peter always puts an abundance of veggies on my veggie sandwich and I couldn’t be more grateful. Afterall, the veggies are practically just water, antioxidants and vitamins after they digest. Hehe Peter you’re awesome, someone give this man a raise! I like their current staff. They hustle and seem to genuinely care. I have picked two different large online orders recently, made on-time with zero errors; my sandwich was very tasty.
