When they close the lobby early, it’s annoying! On the weekends, management needs to step up and schedule their baristas accordingly.

Good coffee (not great, a little weak tasting), friendly staff. Why is it they always seem to be out of products and syrups?
I got to the store one minute before closing to buy a special gift card and the two people inside would not even talk to me. They were very rude. Someone could at least come to the door and say “sorry, but it’s too late”! No one gave me a chance to explain that this is my 92 yr old mother’s favorite place to get her Vanilla Chai. She wanted to give them her business directly, but now I am so upset that I doubt I will ever go there again!! They have lost more than this sale. They have lost all my future business as well.I understand “closing” chores and details. I understand how annoying last minute orders are and how they mess up your closing schedule, but RUDE is another issue all together! No one took the time to find out WHAT I wanted.

The one on Main in Medford, and almost every other one ive been to is/are great! The one on Barnett, whined about how much 1/2 & 1/2 i asked for, although i said i would pay 1$ extra for a splash more. The next time the barista on tap simply refused to make it! I order a venti cup filled with ice, 4 shots, then topped off with 1/2 & 1/2, not crazy unreasonable, and id truly pay another dollar for it!
Good customer service
A little disappointed with Starbucks on West main St. The last few times I've gone there they have only been filling my coffee up 3/4 full. My drink is almost $6.00. I normally don't leave reviews, but I'm starting to feel ripped off... I tried calling them and literally no one answers the phone. At this point I think I'll start using a different location.
So happy they put this Starbucks in my neighborhood. I have never gone inside but always use the drive through. Never had to wait for very long they are very fast and friendly here.
