I often meet clients in coffee shops and Starbucks in particular. This location is fast becoming a favorite. While it has suffered the same staffing and product shortages we have seen nationwide, they continue to have consistently fast turn around times. The employees here always have a smile for you no matter how long the lines.
Friendly baristas, great coffee, clean store. Perfect visit.
I go through the drive threw every so often but every time I do I'm disappointed. My order always gets messed up which is a pretty easy one. A carmel apple spice is essentially just apple cider but I keep getting given an apple macchiato. I personally don't like coffee which is why I get the carmel apple spice because it's a nice warm refreshing drink that doeant leave a bad taste in my mouth. However whatever they keep giving me is in my opinion nasty. It just tastes like coffee that has an apple in the room. All I'm saying is it would be really REALLY nice to get what I'm asking for for once. Especially since its already so expensive.
Sitting here enjoying my coffee on Thanksgiving morning and I witnessed a few members of the staff treating a homeless man like dirt! I’m disgusted with this place!
They don’t know how to take a order correctly . Waisted money on coffee that’s going to the trash
Giving one star specifically for one person in particular - Valerie. I don’t know if she isn’t paying attention, or what, but her service is always terrible. She CAN be nice, but I’m often met with sarcasm or a snappy attitude whenever she’s at the window (or in store). She either mocks my car and mocks my drink order when I asked for no water in my drink. I hardly come here anymore because of her, but the rest of the crew is so unbelievably nice and helpful.
This is my regular stop when I am on the road. As usual, Starbucks staff are friendly and courteous. They all wear their masks, and at my last visit the lobby was still closed but everything appeared clean and well organized. Bathrooms are always clean and stocked. Everyone appears to respectfully stay within social distancing of 6 feet, even when they are waiting to pick up their order.
I ran into this place today looking like a ball of crazy. I’m in the parking lot because I had to write a review. I needed to use the bathroom so I ran in and started for the restrooms and a woman immediately called out a code. I didn’t know the bathroom would have a code and bless her heart for already knowing. If I lived in the area I’d come back.
This Starbucks has the friendliest staff ever! Their smiles and good attitudes literally turned my cruddy day around! Fast service and everything was made perfectly as I ordered! They even give free water! Can't say enough about this location!!
