Sid not only makes AMAZING food (we had the brisket and Mac & cheese), but he’s got a heart of gold. His humble establishment is one that anybody in the state should try at least once! If you give it a try, I hope you get to chat with Sid, he’s a great guy!Can’t recommend more highly!!!
I ordered brisket, slaw and beans. White beans were made for flavor! Dice sized chunks of meat floated around a medley of veg and bean in a tomato sauce. The slaw was modern and light. The veg was dressed with a white sauce and a green sauce….complimenting the meat perfectly. The chefs were trying out a gluten-free bread that was rustic with a decent crust. The owners were so sweet and thoughtful ta-boot. A must stop in Medford.
The food is amazing. Sid is a very good person very smart And great conversation. I do a little smoking myself but I would definitely recommend to anyone to taste this man's artwork
I have tried a lot of smoked Is food in my life. But never have I had smoked food that was this incredible. The flavors are on point and consistent for my favorite treat. The prices are perfect the portions are very generous. And not to mention this man and his wife Are truly incredible human beings. On numerous occasions I have witnessed they're kindness 2 people who are having a hard time. Not just with feeding them even if they do not have money to eat. But also with AM amazing time to take time away from their business and conversate with people and get to know people. They are truly examples of what community should be.
Hey y'all....had the pleasure of trying Sid's Gourmet Smoke and grill last night and it was absolutely fantastic ? I had the pork belly with fried rice. My husband had the brisket. Also got the Mac n cheese, potato salad, and baked beans. It was gloriously delicious. Don't forget to try his lemonade and Hibiscus tea. It's so good and very generous on portions. I can't wait to go back ?Give this a try, y'all won't be disappointed ?

This may be one of the best food trucks in Southern Oregon. Sid is a culinary ninja. Every dish sets a new standard for me. I don’t know if anyone can touch their brisket, it’s unimaginable tasty.
Sid's has some awesome food. The online ordering is easy and everyone I spoke to was super friendly and excited that we were giving them a try. This place is in an unusual location, but I suspect it won't matter to most people as this is geared at a take-away.Everything we had was delish, and the variety of things you could only get at Sid's made this a fun meal. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other offerings. The mac and cheese was perfect.
This place is AMAZINGLY AWESOME! Everyone in our party was beyond happy with this delicious food!! The ginger drink is FABULOUS! I ordered 4 more to take home.Trust me....you will be very impressed with this food!!
one of best BBQ in the valley, great unique dishes, Not the same old same old BBQ everyone else does. Definitely Delicious, Definitely unique.
