Excellent food the wait was short once we ordered. The waitress was friendly and informative about what was not available. She did forget to bring my friends salad,however she was on it when it came to refilling our beverages.
There's a super cute waitress there that isn't named, "Pie". :-)
It was way to busy and the greeter said we would be seat in a minute but never told anyone we were waiting to be seated when the hostess came back from wherever she was she was surprised to know we haven't been seated. It got very busy only two waitress so no refill on coffee and the soup came to our table cold so it got returned only to find out cooked was charging us for it anyway. All around bad service.the area isn't to safe to go in by yourself
They used to be pretty good service-wise, their food has always been just okay. Their pie is the only saving grace as it is absolutely excellent. However as of late they claim "under-staffed" as a reason for being slow, even when their dining room only has two tables occupied. It took 20 minutes to even be addressed by a server at the front then an additional 15-20 to finally be helped and all I wanted was to buy a pie
I threw everything up and had chills, diarrhea, vomiting for the last 2 days from food poisoning. I have the worst headache I've ever had in my life. I'm weak and my entire body hurts. Now I'm slowly trying to eat maybe some crackers or toast.
Salad was delivered without the chicken and the eggs on my dish were ice cold. Sent back the eggs and though the food too a very long time to come from the kitchen to start, the replacement didn't arrive after about 15 minutes so we left. Will never visit another Shari's Cafe!
I paid an insane 18 dollars for a waffle that was hard and to cold to melt the butter. It was more like an oversized eggo and cold to boot. The sausage erned the 1 star. If i could have given a zero i would because the sausage was supposed to come with the waffle but charged me extra for them I guess I should have made it clear i wanted the waffle breakfast advertised for 11 bucks but somehow i paid 18 bucks. Wth

The staff is fairly new, but as always the food was fantastic, Salmon for me, Steak and eggs for him. Pie to die for, great selection, have a slice or take the whole thing. Always fresh.
Horrible, ordered a blt took so long that I just got it too go. There was maybe 10 French fries and soggy sandwich really dissapointed.
