I ordered fish and chips and a mushroom turkey burger with bacon, wrapped in lettuce, fries and onion rings.The fish was so so. Fries and onion rings were very good. Turkey burger was horrible. I have ordered turkey burgers at other restaurants, with very good flavor. Obviously they used ground turkey and made their burgers. Red Robin obviously used a no flavor, frozen turkey patty. Even with mushrooms and bacon, the flavor was horrible. I ate half and threw the rest away. Very disappointed.
Grandbaby got a cheeseburger (very thin patty) and I got a chicken club salad.Food was really good, waitress was very nice. But I noticed the grit and grime of years worth of greasy and dirty hands on the back of the chairs. SO GROSS!One would think that especially after Covid...Red Robin would have scrubbed down the chairs and tables. Guess not. One chair even had a sticky substance on the seat, like spilled soda? Yuck.
We had a wonderful experience and our waitress Abby was AMAZING!! She was thoughtful kind and has amazing customer service. She had a difficult table across from us and never dropped her composure. I've been waitressing for 9 years and she's one of the good ones. Red Robin is very lucky to have her on their team. Thank you Abby!
For a drink and a burger, really in the valley if you want a sit down dine in experience with the family this is one of the best places to go. Typically service is very quick, appetizers and drinks within minutes.
Honestly had the best waitress I've ever dealt with. Very attentive! Got our whole order correct and she was also very communicative with the cooks and as a cook I appreciate that so much!
Terrible. As someone who has worked in the food service that was maybe the worst service I have ever had, never once did our waitress check on us. The only time we had a chance to say something is when we ordered and our portions were terribly small. The finale was her slapping the receipt on the table without saying a word. IM SO BUMMED.I will never return.
All time favorite place to go because it's super cheap and absolutely amazing taste you can get a big burger and unlimited fries for 8$ and a drink for an extra I think 2? But if everyone drinks water that's only 8$ per person that's cheap (it's the tavern burgers btw of the bottom of the menu)
If your ordering from Red Robin - prepare for consistently cold food, incorrect orders, and a very long wait time.I don't often rate restaurants but at this point I think it's nessessary. I've been an avid fan of Red Robin for years. Pretty decent quality, prices, and fairly quick service.My partner and I were ordering Red Robin about once a week. It's now at the point that it's a 50/50 chance that our order is incorrect. We continued to order weekly, without complaint, understanding they are under-staffed. I thought offering some compassion and kindness might help.The issues have not resolved, instead, they have worsened. Our orders are wrong most of the time now, usually to the point that we cannot eat them. My partner has dietary restrictions so when we wait for over an hour in the restaurant for our to-go order, only to get home to learn it's made incorrectly, she's devastated. At this point, it's a waste of time to call and have them remake it. Even if we notice the error inside the restaurant, they are pushy and don't want to remake it shown by their statements that it will take much time - so we are given free burger coupons.When we try to use the free coupons, our orders are again wrong. The amount of time I've wasted at this restaurant is insane. I would typically place an order, and would be informed it should take 30 minutes. OK, that's fine. I arrive 35 minutes after the phone call to almost always wait an additional 20-30 minutes.If your going to get a burger, go to the Burger Spot, Jaspers, WayBack, 5 Guys, or even In and Out.
First time, hubby and I enjoyed it. Good food! Service was good! Would recommend and would love to go again!
Super nice people who added plenty of sauce and fries to our to go order! They had my order ready at the pickup time, got me checked out and on my way quickly. I'm deducting one star because the burgers weren't awesome-good, not great. We wanted medium, we got well. And, the toppings were a little skimpy. But, the staff was great-especially Jon!!
