I would give it no stars if that was an option. Dave the manager on duty was a major disappointment. I have never in all my years came across a more rude non-helpful individual as he is.The restaurant was very slow as it usually is the last half dozen times I have been there. I had a simple request and had even called ahead for reservations. Upon arrival we were told they couldn’t sit us all together. Really? That’s why we called ahead for the reservations because it was my daughters bday. There were several places is the dinning room that would of been great to sit and zero reason we couldn’t sit there but he rudely said no. No! Not any reason like I said other then the section was clean and he didn’t want to sit anyone there. Keep in mind the tables were right next to other tables with customers in them. A large table in the corner that would of been perfect he claimed was closed but now has people sitting there. So bottom line DAVE needs to not be such a DAVE and maybe explore another line of work because he is lacking in the customer service department.
It was crowded, with a wait of 10 to 15 minutes or we could eat in the bar at a bistro table for two. We decided to try the bar. It was surprisingly quieter than expected and the service was great. I ordered the Coconut Shrimp (my favorite), with Mashed Potatoes and a Caesar Salad with extra dressing on the side. My husband ordered the Admirals Feast with Caesars Salad and Broccoli. We also got the Cheddar biscuits, and as usual, they were wonderful. My husband had a glass of white wine and I had a soft drink. Both of our meals were great. My shrimp came with a delicious Mai Tai sauce for the shrimp. My husband enjoyed the fish, scallops, shrimp, etc with tarter and cocktail sauce. It actually was quite comfortable in the bar with no other diners. We both have pretty small appetites since we are seniors, so we had a lot of food packed up to go. They even threw in some extra biscuits and extra sauces for the seafood. Our waitress was very attentive and nice and we tipped accordingly.
Ate twice here food was excellent had the lovers feast the first time.. Second time had the Wednesday special, lobster was tough and my steak was over cooked but still good dining at this location.
The shrimp pasta was excellent. Our son loved the biscuits and the mozzarella sticks were amazing. The salad was decent. Potatoes were OK. The cod was pretty good the batter not so much way too much grease. The server was alright. Should have had more help 1 server in the middle of the day is not enough. There wasn't social distance and we were all sat in one section. All in all pretty good experience. Thanks ?
Wasn't impressed...the scallops were half the size of a cherry and zero delicious (though mild) scallop flavor as expected. The rest of the meals (Watson shrimp and Ultimate platter) nothing to rave about and small portions. Took 20 minutes for a glass of wine to arrive "It's not ready yet", said the server. The potatoes were on the nursing home side. I'm remembering why we haven't eaten there in years.
I won’t be returning. I’ll only support businesses that support freedom. This location does not. Terrible customer service from manager and staff.
everything is amazing and delicious!
First off we had Red Lobster delivered and I just have to say it arrived really fast and smelled AMAZING. My friend cut into his fish and his was over cooked and extremely tough! His fish was also extremely salty and chewy. I bit into my shrimp and it was pretty good but it was also extremely salty. I go to cut into my baked potato and it was so tough and so over cooked that I could barely cut into the potato. I think this is the worst meal we have ever had at Red Lobster.
Got the seafood special so good for 15.99
Fantastic, Alaska snow crab ?for me fish and chips for him. My cocktail ?was delicious and our service was outstanding. Seated immediately.
