Excellent service from the door to the table. Enjoyed our waiter too. Tap beers were delicious. Would nit recommend the Ceasar salad. Dressing was pretty much just a strong mayo taste. Ask for fry sauce! Both had the pork carnitas melt and it has a lovely kick but leaves you wanting sauce to dip it in. Overall happy with the atmosphere, food, and beverages. Would eat here again. Dinner menu looks delicious.
I ordered bbq wings, fried pickles, chicken quesadilla and it came with cole slaw. Wings were very good Fried pickles too salty, not crispy, very flimsy Chicken quesadilla didn't taste good, no salsa, lettuce or anything for quesadillas Cole slow was just shredded cabbage, very dry. The uber eats service was great.
The service, food, and layout of this entire restaurant was amazing!! Specifically our waiter, Dante. He was nice and patient, and even got my little sister a free ice cream even though she didn’t order from the kids menu! -you get a free ice cream with any meal from kids menu- the wagyu burger was also very good, so was the corkscrew mac and cheese. Our second time coming here was definitely worth it 1000%
For starters, we entered and waited less then a minute, upon attendance we were showered with apologies for the long wait and citing rush hour. (Dinner time) We were seated at a freshly cleaned booth and presented with menus and notified we would be helped shortly. We had barely opened the menus when our server greeted us. He continued prompt check ins every few minutes the entire service.We ordered cauliflower wings and Mac and cheese as well as a bravado burger.Drinks was a root beer shake and lemonade.Our server brought the wings and apologized for it taking so long, it was maybe 5 minutes of a wait?Personally never got any food anywhere as quickly before in the United States aside from maybe a Starbucks order.Main course was maybe another 3 minutes later. We had barely touched the wings.I will strongly Recommend this location to anyone visiting Jackson County.Even with menu prices a bit high, the service and care, it is immensely worth it to me. (And to be honest. The prices are good too for the taste and quality of food). They also have military discount! Found that as I was writing this.Enjoy my photos of the food as well.I will be back.
Service was ok and food was good. The Salmon was seasoned well for the salad. I recommend you try the armadillo eggs to form your own opinion. It was different. I would have given more stars but I feel like the waitress was out of line. He asked me and my colleague why we were in town? I know for a fact it's because we are people of color. He doesn't see that alot here. When my colleague replied work, he went ahead to ask: how did we start doing what we do? Do we like it? I watched home with other customers. That was not the topic of their conversation and it shouldn't have been the topic of ours. All in all he didn't do a bad job but how would he had felt if I asked him why did he become a waitress? Did he go to school for that? Do he love it?
The food is okay not anything to remember. The waitress made it sound like onion rings came with the meal and got like 6 rings. Charged for it without knowing. Petty and pinchy. Not coming back.
This is a horrible establishment with bad customer service.
Great food and great service
When we arrived we were seated quickly. Our server Brianna was excellent. She provide us with great service and was very attentive. The food was below average. My “Wagyu” arrived in a puddle of oil and my bottom bun was soaked! My Wife’s Salmon arrived to the table very cold and had to send it back. I’ll give this place a 5/10 for food and 10/10 for service . Thanks Brianna .
If I could rate this establishment a zero, I would. On a particular evening, I arrived and walked inside. Standing next to the host podium, there were several employees conversing with their masks pulled completely down off their faces onto their chin. When I walked in the doors, all of them quickly pulled their masks up, as if they were caught. I did not have one on either, and was asked to put one on before walking to my table to meet my friends.I told them I would not, and would rather leave. I honestly would have put a mask on if the employees were following the same rules they were imposing upon me. I should add one of the employees stated she was drinking water, which in the several minutes I observed her, she was not. I will no longer patronize this restaurant. While my lack of business will likely not impact the RAM, I at least wanted to share my experience of the hypocrisy on display. Again I am not for or against businesses having their own standards, I vote with my business. The only reason I am leaving this review was due to the double standard imposed upon me, and the subsequent lying which occurred after. Thank you.
