Sadly disappointed in our recent experience. They used Door dash to deliver our pizza, not by our choice. A doorbell or knock never occurred. We sat by the door watching TV and waiting for our pizza. My child went out to play and our pizza was sitting on the ground, we opened the box and it's covered in ants. Will not be getting delivery from here again.
Well, I try to keep it fair in all ways. I ordered a large stuffed crust 3 topping pizza with wings. Lemon pepper wings to be exact. I would've rather bought a Totinos pizza from Walmart. That's how bad the pizza was. And the wings were just as bad? I don't like giving bad reviews, but this experience wasn't good! Why i give it a two star is, the price for the pizza and wings was $23, very reasonable.
It was ok but they kinda messed up on our toppings and I think we got overcharged. The pizza was hot and yummy. I may have gotten a little sick from eating to much lol
Roommate was not able to get us a pizza. Could not admit they messed up and just apologize and this has happened multiple times at this location. Wouldn't correct a problem. Canceled our order because they supposedly called us we do have phone records to prove it. 1-19-2022. The times are in the picture. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant due to the lack of service it's supposed to provide regardless of it being supposedly short-staff your pizza place it's not rocket science. The thin crust cheese pizza tasted like fake cheese cardboard on a half burnt cracker. My daughters love cheese pizza. Had to throw that garbage out.
They took the time to call and let me know that my delivery would take alittle longer as the pizza stuck to the pan. I want to give kudos to the team.. keep up that great customer service!!!!
Been here twice. 1st time was eh, pizza was sliced oddly and person on phone not very polite. 2nd time was better but again phone etiquette not great.
Ok I'll call to order a medium pizza with mushrooms and sausage and a side of wings 8 wings and I remember Ben ask classic or boneless I said classics I hate boneless and buffalo sauce medium and I pay 37.67 with the delivery charge I didn't know they had the door dash delivery fee witch I was trying to avoid to save some money . So just know that they use door dash so if u desire to order pizza order from door dash u pay the same . Well ones I got my order I open the wings and it was bone less witch I hate . So I call the store to let them know I was not happy about that and they told me the manager took my order and I said boneless I'm like I hate boneless and I would never order that it seems like it was going to b a fight so I said you know what never mind like if they don't cake about there costumers what's the point of letting them know I was not happy or satisfied . So wings went to trash and I loss more money that what tough I was going to save my bad . Will I order pizza from here again nop . I just figured costumers need to know how they roll . Thank pizza hot .

Order was ready when promised, hot and delicious. Pizza Hut is the best! Oh, and the staff made me feel valued. You have a great team!
