We are staying at hotel and in the book it suggests papa John's for pizza delivery. Ok why not.....I called and was answered by an "ordering service" I tried to order a pizza. Apparently they were out of a few ingredients. The gal couldn't tell me what they were out of. I was on hold while she called the store to see what they out of. Why the heck can't we just call and order directly. I waited 10 minutes on various holds since the call agent didn't have any answers to my questions. I told her my husband didn't want olives so she made sure to tell me they did however have olives. I gave up. We went to anther restaurant. This is ridiculous. I can't believe the agent can call the store but we can't order directly. No thank you. Never again will I try to order from papa John's.
Slow service, and the pizza was warm. This place, is not like the other great chains.
Their delivery driver was higher than a kite tonight. I had to yell for her just to pay her. Nearly got back into her car without it. She reeked bad of it. Surprised management was okay with her driving even just smelling like that. Then on top of all that she dropped the pizza before she’d even made it to my door.
Terrible customer service. Didn't know how to enter a signature pizza that I read straight from the menu and hung up on me when I asked for a different representative
We ordered the Triple Bacon Pizza and what a huge dissapointment! Barely any bacon at all and flavorless otherwise. Tha jalapeno poppers were good.

The pizza took like 2 hours to get here after them saying it would take 45 minutes tops. When it got to our apartment, the guy couldnt find our location even though our apartment numbers are clear as day and the pizza was cold. Terrible service
I don't understand why the store has people from another country answering the calls! It makes zero sense to me and it's extremely hard to understand the people on the other line! Just to get my order which was 1 lrg. Pepperoni pizza i called 3 times before I could actually understand the guy. On top of that the 2nd guy tried telling me I don't live in the delivery area which is completely false
They are always polite and the delivery drivers are awesome. my pizza is always hot and so good.
