Been a patron of this Panda for years don't even think about going there after 8:00 the girls that serve you are so ineffective and rude it's unbelievable they glop your food in push you through as fast as possible stack your food up let it get cold while something else has to come up so you get lukewarm or cold food with a little hot spot they're extra side has gotten so small the boxes ridiculous it's about two and a half inches by 2 in for a serving very unhappy as of late anytime we have to go in in the evening they make you feel that it's a burden for them to actually make something that's not up and whine about it pretty much not going there anymore in the evenings might just cut them out all together because the staff has gotten rude and they're still pushing the mask mandate and highly recommending it come on get over it covid's done it's a thing of the past don't push your politics on me please just my humble opinion I would not recommend them anymore.
This is one of my favorite places to buy lunch or dinner. My fave entrée is the coconut honey shrimp and I always order a double entrée so I can have 2-3 meals out of it. They are fast and efficient and always fresh foods. The only con is the lack of seating in the one I go to. So, I order to-go and I think the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend!
It's okay. Can't say it's anything special but if you've eaten here before, you know what to expect. Would prefer it if they had some vegan/vegetarian options.
Fist time I have been back to Panda since the Plandemic. I flat refused to stand in a big line outside etc. Walked in and there was a line of people waiting to order because they were out of fried rice and low on chowmein. WTH people that's like pizza hut running out of dough or pizza sauce it never happens. I have yet to go there when they weren't out of numerous items and are never fully stocked I'm my exp. Heck of a way to try and run a business without product. It's like going to Dutch Bros. And having them say we're out of coffee. You should never run out of those 2. Items,ever.
They poisoned me. I lost 2 days of work and about $3-400, and the manager says "thanks for letting me know". I'm so disgusted with them. I had waited 20 minutes for fresh food and then the girl dumps the old into the new. I didn't say anything because the girl was already snippy with me. Manager even denied that they would do that. Unbelievable. The audacity. They do it all the time. I was so sick. Not even an apology.They run out of food and won't make more. Don't go after dark.If you're a delivery person, they'll often waste your time because they just don't have food ready. It's like... wow. Panda could be a healthy alternative to most fast food. But wow.
While the food is good and the staff are friendly they are not very affective. The last four times I have ordered through the app. I always give extra time to pick up since it takes me longer to get there. They always have at least 25 minute to make two plates. They have never had it ready on time, 7-40 minutes late. This time it was not just late, but COMPLETELY wrong. Not just one item but four. I guess I just have to open each plate before I leave now.
I've been there 3 times in the last 3 months. Everytime there have been flies. Last week they were only selling fried food, due to equipment failure. I walked out. The food is usually good, but either the management or the owner needs to get their act together.
I’m sick of some corporate places making you wear mask. There is no law saying we have to wear a diaper on you’re face. That said never again will I give a dime to this place.
Really has gone down hill. My orders looked like they where thrown in and all over the place. Teriyaki chicken tasted oven cooked instead of grilled,Had no flavor! There was more air than food. And my bill was larger then the food portions. Very Disappointed! Its one thing to have a small portion but to throw everything in a box and change a large amount is ridiculous! I could see having to wait if your food is out and takes time to cook again but at least give me my moneys worth of food. Very sloppy and staff at drive thru window are rude!
Usually a good experience aside from the hand full of bad times. Friendly service and always good fast food Chinese. One of my favorite stops for a quick bite to eat.
