Not the best food I've ever had but the staff were nice. I wish they had a vegetarian protein option!
I like the Panda express menu. They had everything I ordered and had it ready fast. Nothing I ordered was incorrect. The food was hot and fresh. I would go here again
Always fast friendly service and 100% order accuracy so far. Im addicted to their orange chicken and chow mien & get the exact same order (with a Dr. Pepper) everytime. This particular PE has never done me wrong ,& seems to serve just a slightly more fresh product than the other various PEs that I have visited previously.
I usually don't post on these bit I feel that this one is necessary. I went there last night and right off the bat I was not impressed. I waited at the intercom for 10minutes before anyone said anything to me to take my order. Then once the lady did ask for my order she was entirely rude. She seemed like she just wanted me to be done with it. There was no sauce on anything even though I specifically asked for extra sauce. And when I ate the food I started to not feel so great. Now I'm super sick and the only thing that I have had to make me feel this way is panda. I will not be eating here ever again.
Some foods do not always taste consistently the same but still is tasty. Drive thru line tends to be long during lunch and dinner hours. I try to avoid pickup ordering because my orders kept being wrong. Bon appetit!
We were missing Items in our order and the food wasn't the freshest! Door Dash was fantastic and made sure we got the rest of our order, which of course was my grandsons food. I understand stand being short staffed as I also work in the hospitality industry, but get it together Panda!
Went through the drive through. Seemed that , even though they were not really busy, the workers seemed all they wanted to do was be done with you.My wife ordered the new almond chicken over chow mien noodles, which was very dry and tasteless . My order was Broccoli/beef over chow mien noodles. It consisted of two very small pieces of beef and tons of Broccoli . When we got home we were not given the soy sauce we asked for as well as no Fortune cookies. We have liked this particular Panda Express before the COVID out break but it has gone down hill afterwards. Their service and quality of food has been suffering. I have decided to spend my money elsewhere.
Took twenty minutes for teriyaki chicken that tasted like it was fresh out of the microwave! Very disappointed. They are quick to pull you to the side to bad they aren't that fast in bringing your food out to you. Also if your hungry the portions are smaller. I won't even say i got a hole scoop of food. Wont go there for a while.
The Panda Express restaurant located in South Medford is a pretty good place to get something to eat and a beverage.This one is kind of nice also, because they have a drive-thru available here. The food is always pretty tasty. And the employees are fairly nice also.Next time you're in this area, stop on by!
The food wasn't fresh. The breading was soggy. We asked for steamed rice. We got fried-dried out and inedible. The greens hadn't been chopped. Please tell me how you're supposed to eat whole leaves with plastic cutlery? Oh, wait...they forgot utensils, too.
