We had lunch there on Friday. The food was very good but the service was very poor. All four of us had the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. After ordering it was a long time to even get drinks. Then a long wait for food. I had to go find the waitress to tell her we wanted to get additional food. At that time she said she had two tables and would get to us. We continually had to ask for items. She did not check in us. When we indicated we wanted more soup she just brought us what we started with. No asking if we wanted anything different. Then when paying with cash she wanted to know if we wanted our change. Good food-poor service by a rude server. Will not be going back.
Quick service especially for travelers.Recommend. Chicken Meghretti only 510 calories. served with endless salad or soup bowl.Chicken Alfredo is delicious but the Dinner with salad will be over 2000 calories. Eat half and box the rest for tomorrow's lunch.and always order Olive Garden's Tarimasu Desert to go. A excellent desert for the road. Half the calories when serving shared with another diner.
The servers were amazing. The food was less than desirable. We were told that some glass was broken in the kitchen so they had to clean everything and remake a lot of stuff which was fine. Shrimp scampi had very little garlic butter flavor very bitter. When I spoke with the manager she seemed to understand what I was saying about the dish. But seemed really cold and not understanding. I'm not one to usually complain about food. But in this day and age with everything so costly if it's not good there's no sense in suffering through it.
We go there for the lunch special. You get a nice salad and hot breadsticks and an entree just the right size for us seniors. I like the fettuccine and my husband likes the lasagna. The service is good.
We have been here a couple of times now. Both times the wait staff was very friendly and helpful. Checked on us just the right amount of times without being a bother. The food was delicious. We will definitely eat here again when we are in the area.
Haven't had to post for a while but it was bad today. Cold bread dirt silverware hair in the soap. Dirty ziosk at the table. My entire was also cold and I had to wait for my server 12 to 15 mins to tell him then he just cuts me off. The is isn't okay at all. Only good thing was Lacey help.
The place was slammed when we arrived. The bartender was also our waitress and my drink was forgotten for awhile but it all came together and our meal was really good. The Neverending soup and salad never disappoints. He had the shrimp frito misto which is perfect for a smaller appetite. We will be back.
Giving Olive Garden Medford a five star due to the phenomenal service we received from DAVID, our waiter. We have NEVER had this great of service before and DAVID should be recognized for this. He was on top of it the whole time. Every little thing. He made sure we were satisfied and cared for. I don’t leave reviews often, unless of course I have a very memorable experience, and DAVID gave us one today! I hope this reaches the higher ups because DAVID deserves recognition.(For reference- David, our server, had a cool long beard and this occurred during late lunch hours on 2/6/22). Thank you David!
Have always loved going to Olive Garden, however this experience was not good. Our food was terrible (calamari and shrimp apps to be exact), the calamari was rubbery and the breading on the outside was soggy. Our server was nice, however took awhile to come back and whenever we needed help we couldn't find her. Food didn't even come close to coming out together. Hopefully next time we go, it won't be like this.
Food was amazing. We had Kristin as a server and she was absolutely terrible. She had a bad attitude the whole time and would walk by and stare while trying to get her help. Real bad customer service and made everyone very uncomfortable. Someone else came along to take over for her and she was better.
