Ok Pizza HORRIBLE SERVICE.We ordered 2 large pizza and drinks and salad around 630, and the Pizza did not arrive until past 930, 3 hours… they didn’t call usThey put bacon on the pizza which we asked had asked them to omit, they brought no drinks, and the wrong salad. I wasn’t so upset about the 3 hour wait, even the missing drinks which we needed since we are at and air bnb with a bunch of kids, all things that were really lame, but whatever, I’ve worked in restaurants for years I get it. However when the “manager ashley” answered the phone she was so extremely rude, told me there was no bacon on the pizza, I sent a picture to the delivery driver to show Ashley the bacon on my completely wrong 110.00 plus tip order, the. The delivery driver sent rude texts and blocked me.What a joke!
I had reservations made for my son's birthday we had a big group. When we came in and ordered, I noticed everyone looked really snobby, and no one smiled and most spoke pretty rude. When food was brought to the table it was basically tossed to us, the atmosphere was aweful. The food on the other hand was served hot and fresh and tasted delicious.
We used to come in this place every week when we were playing softball it was so good we loved it. Stopped in today because we were on this side of town has a new owner over the last couple years. It was not good we sat here and waited 30 minutes for a pizza and then it was not even cooked sent it back and this is what we got. The top layer is burnt and the dough is not done in the middle. I just need to mention we were the only ones inside the restaurant . This was the cleanest salt shaker I could find some of them were really bad. We won't be back?♀️?
It goes without saying Mountain Mike's is the best pizza in the valley or at least one of our favorites and that is why I'm sad to say June 1st was one of the worst experiences my family's ever had with this location. Started with hopefully just an inexperienced delivery person because we had taco pizza and there was no bag of Goody's like guacamole, salsa not even Ranch plus the driver assumed I was going to give him all of the change which was $8.40. Box was covered in Grease, upon opening pizza was sad and looked like it had sat for a while. The worst part was the pizza was undercooked and I mean really doughy. This is a great business and the owners really do care so hopefully they can fix the problem and we will all once again enjoy delicious pizza right here in the Rogue Valley.
I have been doordashing for 3 years and every time I have been to this store location the manager, Ashley publicly hounds on the staff to the point of tears and is always annoyed with every customer. 2 of the 3 orders I have taken from there have had items missing. I arrived to pick up an order that another staff member was heading to grab but Ashley took it from her and told me to wait in a line that was out the door.. which I have never experienced. Great staff under super poor management; will NEVER be returning. Doordash or not. If an owner sees this, I am open for discussing all of the events I am referring to.
10/10 Experience: I walk in and go to the counter, I ask for pepperoni pizza, I get pizza in like 20 minutes (good) I go sit and enjoy myself by watching the TV on the wall. And eat the pizza.10/10 Pizza: The pizza here is very good, the toppings are always fresh, I got to give a special mention to the bread and pepperoni's, the bread is baked so well I forgot I'm biting into an American pizza! The pepperoni's are crisped on the edge of the top, it's very good!10/10 Staff: staff are very nice, can't really say much else they are just staff.
We just moved in the nieghbirhiid behind here. I was excited when we heaed about the pizza buffet and decided it would be our friday lunch spot..Been here a couple times now for the lunch buffet. Both times it seems they do not keep enough pizzas on the buffet for the amount of customers. its constantly cleared out with ppl waiting on more pizzas coming out.Thats tolerable though because at least it means fresh pizza..It seems every single pizza that comes out is loaded with olives and onions and pineapples and such.I just like cheese and meat. Dont care what meat(s). But a simple cheese or pepperoni pizza would be great. The closest they ever seem to do to that though is half of one pizza pepperoni. And due to the line up of ppl that is gone instantly. Heard multiple groups complaining about the lack of pizza on the buffet.I tried asking the manager to please get a meat pizza going and he said you mean like whats on your plate referring to the 2 small slices i got of pepperoni.. and then he didnt do it... just laughed and acted like im a jacka** for asking? If i pay for an all you can eat buffet i expect more than 2 small slices of pizza in the over hour we waited.Left feeling like we had been ripped off
Lots of toppings and great crisp crust on a deep-dish ish pizza. Didn't really care for their red sauce. To each their own.
Good sauce, strong basil flavor, thick dough and minor flop, I would say around 25 degrees. Better than any other chain around such as papa John's but don't expect a fancy pizza with special ingredients. A solid pizza shop if you enjoy thick crust.
They use those little pepperonis that turn into tiny grease bowls when cooked. Leaving me no reason to try any other Mtn Mike menu item. Priceee ish for basic pizza but good
