Ordered drip coffee. It was weak, cold and when I let them know. Didn't really seem to care if I was happy with it or not. Customer service is as important as quality of product.
I stop at one of their coffee shops a couple of times a week. The coffee is consistently good just with cream and sugar. Fancy syrups and sprinkles are not necessary, though they are available. The service is always good. It is one of the few coffee places with indoor seating, so I often meet friends there for a visit. I often notice people meeting for business there as well. Great spot!!
