Ordered from door dash and several items were missing. They were on the receipt just not in the bag. I called to inform the restaurant and I let door dash know. Door dash refunded me but when I placed a second order to get the items that were not included they canceled my order because "the items were not available. The items were two large fries and two pies. Absolutely done out of spite.
I’ve been here many many times but I’ve never once gotten the sauces that I ordered and I doordashed some the other day and I didn’t even get my drink. It was a fairly small order but the drink ended up being half the cost of the whole meal and they didn’t even give me a refund for it
I was in the drive through and one of the workers were flipping another car off and acting like he was “jacking himself off” in the air. This is extremely disrespectful and I didn’t enjoy explaining to my two young children what he was doing. We will never be going back! If I could give 0 stars I would..
Food was fine but there's no way to order if you're on foot which is rather frustrating. We finally got to order when another car pulled up, but they should really change that.. Put in a walk-up window like dutch bros or something..
McDonald's should spend some time testing there employees for there ability to read I ordered tea with lemon and that order wasn't right there was no lemon the girl making the drinks probably couldn't read. Maybe try hiring people who have graduated highschool.
I ordered a 1/4 pounder with cheese meal and I got 2 very small cheeseburgers and they were very dry. Service was fast as always.
The McDonald's restaurant located here in Phoenix Oregon is an okay place to get some food and beverages. The restaurant itself is fairly clean.And the employees are somewhat friendly and efficient. It's conveniently located right off of exit 24 on interstate 5. And they also have a drive-thru available.If you're ever in this neck of the woods, and a little bit hungry, stop by, you just might like it!
Probably the most efficient and accurate McDonald's from Medford to White City. For that reason, I'd give it a four. But since the employees are helpful anytime something IS forgotten or wrong. It deserves 5 from me :^)
horrible. it says its open untik 11pm and at 9:40 they told us were closed. the guy was eating a burger while he didnt want to atend us
