I know what to expect when I visit a fast food restaurant like I know to eat it asap why I parked in there parking lot after the drive thru. But this McDonald's on McAndrews was the biggest disappointment I've had at a restaurant in a while. They were out of or just couldn't make 3 of the things we ordered then literally everything we did get wasn't edible except for the Dr pepper. The fries were luke warm at best but didn't have any salt and to my surprise that makes a huge difference in them. My cheeseburgers were cold and buns were hard I believe from being burnt my wife's McChicken was drowned in mayo and cold. Her chicken nuggets were mostly hot but they all had cold and kinda slimy spots where they had stuck together while cooking from not being shaken up like they should have been to specifically make sure that doesn't happen. It completely ruins quality and is even a food safety concern since there not completely cooked. Im normally easy going with fast food especially but I felt ripped off after giving them my money and getting pretty much just a soda everything else was trash so I had to go buy something else.
Long line but super fast service. I NEVER EAT at fast food anymore. But the food was good. Tried to dine in but the dining room is still closed.
Horrible service. Their walk ins closed. Drive through only and they get an order wrong twice in one visit. Appear sthat the cooks and employees don't pay attention to the details of an order and just fill them to get customers through. I can not I. Good conscience recommend this location. This has happened up to 5 times now in a 4 month period.
I have been a truck driver for 30 years and I have Multiple Sclerosis. At 6:30 am I woke up desparate to use the bathroom with no where to go. I was able to walk into the lobby but turned away, no matter what I said, from using the bathroom. They were serving food so it wasn't like they weren't open. Just think about that: being a person working hard throughout the pandemic and beyond, unable to hold my bowels when it gets this bad, being turned away because "rules". Where is your humanity?
The absolute worst mc donalds Iv ever been. Got all the way home to find out my daughters 6 piece nuggets was a hamburger patty. They got my one drink wrong. Did not come with apple slices or anything then I came all the way back and they only replaced the nuggets. Worst employees and worst Customer service Iv ever had. Not to mention they always get it wrong. Can’t even handle one happy meal order.
Went to the biddle location on Jan 18th 2022. I usually avoid eating out between the virus and knowing wait times are longer.The crew had a lane down but were super friendly and doing the best they could. I wouldn't blame them if they were grumpy, they did a good job.Great employees
The guy behind the counter who looked grungy in his cuts and unshowered self, offered me a mask, as if I was the health issue. I crumpled it up and then he said "Your supposed to wear it." I replied, "I don't buy into the mass covid hysteria. Try a shower. And clean clothes. Now give me food, and I'll be on my way." He looked shocked through his camo blue gaitor, which is not an N95. And so ends the McBS experience.
We DoorDashed two mcmuffins this morning and we thought they both tasted funny and we opened them up to find this green on both our eggs, not sure what it is but was not good. Would like to know why I ate this morning
I ordered a Quater pounder meal and frys were almost empty and frozen called the store, and employee had no empathy. Hello, your serving uncooked food waste of time and money i will never eat here again
