Worse service. I went there as a preorder. When I got there I ordered and paid for a steak fajita/plate. I even tipped because I was so excited since my friends told me I would love it. I didn’t Ben mind the wait. But when I got it I noticed there was no salsa or guacamole like the menu says it will. I go in no biggy people forget stuff. But instead of a oh sorry for that. I got the third degree of what I ordered even that was the person who brought it to me. And after they gave me water sour cream and guacamole, I still had to re ask for salsa. And then I get home and it isn’t steak it is chicken! So I paid over 20 to find out they only gave me a cheaper dinner. I would show a video of how watery but this platform doesn’t do videos. Never again. There are way better quality places.

The food was great, and the staff was super friendly. ???? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding! I started off coming in thinking I would be seated but instead they take orders at the counter before you seat yourself (which was unexpected from looking at the place, but trust me). I ordered the carne asada nachos extra spicy (mui caliente) and strawberry margarita with My main course being the mui caliente cabeza burrito. Let's start with the nachos.... First off I wasn't expecting so much. It was a full meal of it's own (I had to bring some home for the family to finish). The strawberry margarita was made good I ordered it blended and it came with a big chunk of ice in it but it was brimmed with a salty spicy strawberry mix which was a great change to the basic strawberry margarita. No real complaints. The cabeza burrito was extraordinary! The cabeza was seasoned and cooked to perfection and I ate as much as I could before asking for a box to finish it up later at home, which I did a few hours later. My only critique is the atmosphere. It has lovely Mexican music and the waiter I had had a lot of energy and sang to the music and made me feel like I was welcome in their home. It was just the lack of customers and the decor was dated. I'm definitely coming back but if the owner is reading this. Please update the look of your front building and maybe work on a printed menu with seating service. Still first time coming and I've eaten Mexican food from Arizona to Washington state and it's the best I've had in the North West

great food, home style environment, good Mexican music, full bar, and local owners/people who remember your name... good is authentic and great tasting. their home made corn tortillas are awesome and an order to go is always a fact...

This place is nice and makes awesome food. The interior itself is decorated in an authentic style fashion. Like the table and especially the chairs decor and it has a great selection of drinks.

The menudo was good and was impressed with the huge hand made corn tortillas!

Best Mexican restaurant in Jackson County hands down. Food is always amazing staff is very polite place very clean . You won't be disappointed

Good Mexican place to be.I ordered a chimichanga, it was good, 11$ with unlimited drinking for 3$.The waitress are nice. They have a room for partying.

Tacos (Birria, Carnitas, Pollo, and more) are stupid good! It's almost not fair to the other tacos joints in town. I read some other reviews before writing this and the more recent reviews seemed like a mixed bag mostly people not impressed by the service while eating there. I did see one review about carne asada being burnt and very dry and I unfortunately had this same experience, I've never ordered the carne asada here again since that time and I normally love carne asada. Having said all that I've mostly always gotten tacos and always a to go order. I mainly get Birria, Pollo and Carnitas tacos which have been on point every single time.

I went to eat this past Saturday at los arcos with my family and I was very unpleased with the experience. I ordered a carne asada platter and the meat was dry and crispy, tasted burnt. The music was loud and it was hard to carry a conversation with my daughters and wife. Great place to go and get a drink but not a place I’d take my family.
