Pizza was good. Unfortunately there was not one but two large hairs in my crazy bread. After I found the first I called the store. The girl who answered the phone was not apologetic and either wanted me to come down to replace it or offer me a credit. I figured it is what it is and accidents happen but then upon further inspection of the bread I found another and promptly threw it away. Very disappointed as that is my favorite part of the meal.
Love their deep dish, so cheesey. It's my favorite. Only 8 dollars. Had to share too much for me to eat.
Pizza was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes. Water an hour and 30. Tried calling. Phone out of service. Food not warm
Quick Service, Arrived Early, Delivery driver Tandy was very Polite, wish I could have tipped him more but because of Covid it's supposed to be no contact delivery and I paid online.
Could do better. Have a little more hot and ready product for your customers that come in versus the ones that order for delivery. Making the customer wait over 10 minutes is a little ridiculous to fast food pizza place not a restaurant. ?
Worst service EVER! I go to Little Caesars a lot, and out of all the shops I've been in, this one is the worst. I've never had a problem at any other Little Caesars except this one. The employees are all RUDE, standing around gossiping and playing on their phones, while there is a line of people going out the door. But the worst part was their attitude's.
Got the Crazy Calzone meal deal. Food was good, but they didn't give us any sauces to go with them. They also almost dropped the box when they went to give it to us.
Walk in and the door is open and there is a lot of staff but only online orders… I go to order and it’s only Apple Pay payment. I get short staff but y’all doing it wrong
