I've been her a few times and they usually get my order right.
We went to get dinner and I ordered a 30.00 bucket of chicken 8 pieces. When we got home I realized they gave me 1 breast, 3 wings and 4 legs. That is ridiculous for the price. I tried calling for over an hour and I could never get through. We won't be back:(
They forgot to put 2 spoons in the bag lol, but besides that food was great, service was great, Joshua took my order and handed it out, had great customer service, even helped me save a few bucks. He was very helpful. ☺️
Very clean. Employees willing to give you a hand and in great spirits.Management (?) was on the floor and her demeanor reflected why the employees seem to be very pleased with where they are working. Everybody had a smile on their face and you felt welcome. There was no one employee just standing around, if one person was taking the order those that had nothing better I do had it already thrown together before they could run into the cash register..Kudos to them management, you have a great staff
I ordered chicken breast and got a thigh, asked for KFC sauce and got extra honey. I was the only one in line when I pulled in and had one car behind me as I pulled out…no one in the parking lot and it was at 7:30 PM so it wasn’t closing time. Very poor service at this location. There’s a sign for help wanted at $17/hour that is a real joke!
There is a reason they have such a low rating on Google. Don’t know if this is a company store or a franchise, but if the powers that be knew the going’s on of there employees they would fire them all. 6:15 Saturday night some kid with his pants down around his knees locked the door as I wa going in and lapped a sign on the window “closing dining room for a while use drive-thru”. This just as I’m getting ready to enter the building. The employees ( all young males) kept running out a side door and running around the back of the building then running back inside every 4-5 minutes. This is apparently why they had to temporarily close the dining room. Never again—don’t eat at this KFC! Whoever owns this KFC—be aware
I had stopped there to pick up dinner yesterday and when I got half way thru my sandwich at home and I had just had a medical procedure where I cannot drive so I cannot drive back I had a driver for that only and I bit down on a bone and I called and was told absolutely no way that could happen and she laughed at me and wants me to bring the pictures to her and the receipt. Very unprofessional and inappropriate the manager was.I think I will be calling the state office about the way she treated me.
The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodated our large order with zero issues. They went above and beyond and it was great to see hard working individuals enjoying their jobs. Thank you for working!!!
Uber delivered our drinks were not there the biscuits rock hard and at the end we found worms in the chicken look up worms and cook chicken pictures horrible horrible treated us like liars
Drive thru at 9:15. Literally out of all cuts of chicken and my sandwich was way cold. Plus they forgot my biscuit, could tell crew was eager to clear up
