I took my elderly mother in after her doctor apt.Ordered the Mike’s Philly Steak asked to hold the grilled onions and peppers and add fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onion and jalapeños… the guy taking my order looked at me funny and said no one orders that sandwich like that…. I said well I have like about 10-12 time before and that is how I like it.He then said nothing and wrote it down.I headed to register to pay the gal, young lady did not smile or say anything but the cost of my order. I then asked her to add two large drinks.She then gave me new total no smile never hardly looked at me and I paid.She then walked away as I ask her for our cups.We received our drink cups and filled them.I then remembered my mother does not eat a whole lot. As I have done in the past I have had them cut her sandwich in to thirds they always have with a smile.I ask young lady if she could do that for me… She then looked at me and said “I need to ask if we can do this” and walked away to ask a lady in the back. She came back and said “ I am sorry we can not do that”I am amazed customer service is my number one pet peeve. Everything I ask has been done at multiple other sandwiches shops including this one lots of time since my mother has several doctor appointments each week at that end of town.Mind you our total was 30.00I believe this will be the last time I ever use my hard earned money at this company.This world now….. I will only support business that actually care and maybe go a little above and beyond like cut my mothers sandwich in thirds and not tell me no one eats that sandwich like that.They have a job and should care about their paycheck and the business that happens to employee them. But I guess all that is gone because they have a I owe nothing to anybody and they all owe me attitude so done with that.As I said I support proudly, great customer service business and am proud to purchase items from them.Thank you if you read the whole review.I am going to stand by this seems that is the only thing I can completely control.Lots of other sandwich business are glad to greet with a smile, look me in the eye while speaking to me, and will gladly do something so simple as to cut my mother sandwich on third for her.God Bless.
I use the app and have gotten food here probably 10-12 times and it’s usually a big order (5-6 sandwiches). I don’t know if it’s a problem with this location or the company, but I don’t think they have ever gotten my order correct. I always think “I’ll give them another shot, maybe they’ll get it right” but nope, there is always something wrong. Anytime I pick up food, I have to open every sandwich and make sure they’re made correctly and every single time there is always 1-3 sandwiches made wrong. Wrong bread, wrong toppings, completely wrong sandwich all together. They remake the sandwich(es), but it’s really frustrating to have to deal with EVERY SINGLE TIME. I definitely recommend trying out other food options in the area if you’re looking for something to eat. Or at least, if you order online or on the app make sure you check your food before you leave.

Ordered online. Said it would be ready in 15 mins. I arrive in 15 mins and all employees 7 of them ignore me. I had to ask them for help. They said yeah the online order will be on the rack when it's done. All customers gone, just me standing there no food and not one employee working on anything. I had to ask again and they all looked at each and said oh yeah sorry we are going to get that now. 7 employees and not one of them working.
Jersey Mike's was my favorite sandwich and definitely cheesesteak restaurant before visiting this restaurant. Now I doubt I will ever go to one again. I interrupted 5 chatty people masquerading as employees with my desire to pay and get food. I am mildly surprised that I am still not waiting 2 days later since I was the only one in line..... they just could not stop talking to each other and be bothered with helping a customer. The food was hot and flavorless. 2 stars for hot.

So idk what happened with door dash... They told me nobody picked up my order. Instead of refunding it I said hey I'll go grab it.The manager was super awesome says it was picked up but remakes it for me anyway.I'm halfway home when I get a screenshot of my food that was delivered. I'm very impressed that they made sure I had my food no matter what.
It's a buffet-line, and it's popular so there's time needed, but ERMAGERD the food is so fresh. So tasty. And you get to watch it being made, so if they eff up, you can call them out. And you kinda tell them anyway how to do it, so unless you send someone else to get your food, you kinda CAN'T be disappointed.
There fast,food is good and they are friendly all around. It's hard to find these days!!!
