Best burgers in the valley. I judge all other burger joints off these burgers. The prices are good for the amount of food and high quality. I always enjoy coming to this place when I want a good burger. Parking is limited due to the size of the place. Indoor and outdoor seating is available but during the busy times you might not find a place to sit. Take out is available. Dog friendly for outdoor seating.

The cooks and servers are brilliant. Smiling and kind. My husband enjoyed the milkshake! He said he'll ask for a toasted bun for his burger next time. I could only eat half of my burger. That's probably because the fries are excellent! They are cut up potatoes in crazy forms and they bring a special sauce with them. So good.The atmosphere is fun and we watched bag after bag for takeout. (Friday night)This certainly curbed my husband's burger hankering.
I discovered Jaspers while running errands in Medford. I have to say the Reuben sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. The sauce was amazing and everything about the sandwich top notch. Definitely not your run of the mill Reuben. Also, I ordered sweet potato fries and the dipping sauce for those was absolutely addictive. As you can see, I sampled both before thinking to take a photo. Next trip to Medford I'm bringing my husband so he can enjoy Jaspers as well. The burgers being served there also looked tasty and their chunky curly fries seem worth ordering. New favorite lunch spot when in Medford!
We went for the first time after seeing it was rated #1. It didn’t disappoint.I had the veggie sandwich and it had a lot of flavor. Hubby had the Smokey and the Bandit burger and can’t stop talking about it. Small order of fried onion rings were amazing. Great service too!
We were coming back from vacation and staying at a hotel and needed lunch. We looked up places to eat in Medford and chose this place based on the reviews. The only thing I was not happy about is that you had to pay extra for the fries. Which was very disappointing based on the price of their burgers. That being said, we were served our burgers and were not disappointed. Ours were delicious and hot.
Ordered a RoxyAnn and the Moab. Neither burger looked like the pictures posted here, not as much slaw, pulled pork or sauce. Consistency is hard to achieve and especially with high turnover. The meat quality however was outstanding! I think I've eaten so much In N' Out that I forgot what a real hamburger tastes like. They have so many great burgers but when we come again (and we will) I will just get a standard cheese burger because the meat is that good. The onion rings were great, got the small but should have ordered a large. Mixed staffing, some friendly and helpful others not so much. Seems like this should not be a sit down and order place but a walk up window you order from then pick up yourself. They would only need one person working on seating, wiping down tables etc. Save money for them, faster for everyone and no staffing issues. Milkshakes and hotdogs look good too.The outside seating under the heaters is comfortable but there is lots of traffic noice from cars and trains. I would watch kids closely because the cars really speed past.
My husband i I got burgers here and they were amazing! He got the MOAB and I got the Smokey and the Bandit, they were some of the best burger we have ever had. My husband got some sidewinder fries and he loved them. We will definitely be returning to try other burgers.
Lovely service. Really nice heated outdoors seating area and a very nice obscure selection of burgers and dogs. Quality!
So so amazing. The Jiffy burger is so unique and so good. Also love the little yellow jacket! Great service as well !
