I'm not exaggerating when I say I waited a total of 30 minutes to try and just get a sandwich and fries.. They didn't take my order at the order screen instead they made me come to the window then after ordering they had me go to the side of the building to wait, where I waited for at least 10 minutes. I got nothing but sass and rude remarks from the employees there. When I ask for a refund the person who I can only assume as the manager gave me attitude and when my food came out she said that I'm gonna get a refund and then didn't even give me my food. Yall seriously ain't it. I wasn't expecting a whole lot from you guys because you're a fast food restaurant but seriously yall disappointed. It's hard to set the bar lower than it already is being a Jack in the Box, but seriously your staff is horrendous.

Tacos, curly fries and breakfast sandwiches are great but my orders are always missing items, the drive thru attendants are hardly ever friendly. Just not really a care in the world for the customer!!!

Place is never open, tried 3 days in a row to no avail, i just came out through to see cones in the drive through and have my phone call ignored for the 3rd time this week, staffs inside but arent helping anyone, should just close this place and put something that will be open at least sometimes, and dont trust google on this one, says theyre open but thats a big negative. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else?

I was just glad something was open close to my job. I was hungry and the food served it's purpose. The customer service was better than the food. I used to eat Jack in the Box more often when I was younger. My taste has changed.

This place NEVER OPEN! Even the one in Talent is CLOSED! There isn’t another one for over 30miles! This company doesn’t care or seem to be in control of their stores at all! McDonald’s is the only thing open.

The manager and the people here seem very nice I've only ever had my order messed up a few times and they've always made it right even though the lines may be long their attitude is great plus as of now there are not too many Jack in the boxes left in the valley

Service was on point for what you would expect but sometimes deep fried food just isn't as good as it could b or normally is and today the Jalepemo poppers where sub par in a big way but. Other than that no complaints

I look up their opening hours, it says weekdays 10-6, I go to the location to order and they have cones in the drive thru. Lucky if they are open once a month, usually for a few random hours on random days, not aligning at all with what's posted online. This is a constant occurrence, I've been having this happen for months before reviewing, and it's really disappointing when on limited time due to lunch breaks ot appointment schedules for my family. When they bother to open and serve customers, the food is always great, but they're never open when they say they are and they do not answer the phone if you attempt to call ahead to ask if they're open.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at any fast food restaurant in my entire life I see the online it says they open at 10:00 a.m. I seen employee outside so I politely ask at 10:05 a.m. are you guys going to open today she ignores me I then once again speak a little louder thinking maybe she didn't hear me she once again ignores me now it's 10:10 a.m. I asked are you going to be open she literally shakes her head knowingly she hears me and says no we're not going to be open yet.Not counting that I drove 15 miles to come to this Jack in the Box location it is a no-brainer why these locations are closing it's not because people aren't showing up to work is because employees that are at work are absolutely rude distasteful and incompetent I wouldn't stop again at this Jack in the Box if it was open on Earth. To make the matters worse I believe the employee that was outside was the store manager so way to go Jack in the Box that is who you have representing your company bravo.

Ordered a Grilled chicken club sandwich and a strawberry shake.Chicken was rubbery and felt like it might have been microwaved.By the time I realized it I was already heading back to home, a 4 hour drive and did not want to have to turn around and deal with it after a long work day.This a first time I have ever had an issue with there food. Willing to try them again next time I am in town working.
