I’m traveling the USA via minivan. After my morning workout at Medford PlanetFitness i pulled into Jack. 30 min b4 my meal i take a pill for chest pain. I’m waiting for 30 min to elapse so that I could order my Jumbo Jack when a chubby woman came out to admonish me that she couldn’t have me sitting around. Mine was the only vehicle parked directly in front of the restaurant. I wasn’t there for 20 min. It was near noon. Broad daylight. I drove out and to next door McDonalds. I’ve never felt so humiliated
Food was fresh and made correctly, but they were really slow and were confused and our order was missing things.We order 6 tacos no lettuce 4 no sauce, curly fries, and two shakes.They kept saying ok 8 tacos, and we’d correct them saying 10 and they’d agree. Then they gave us our order with 8 tacos. I waited for them to come back and told them that they gave us 8 not ten and that we were missing 2 tacos no sauce. They said no we gave you all 8. I corrected them and showed the receipt 6 + 4 10 tacos. They made tacos and then said we could keep the extras…. What extras?The food was good, but they seemed really confused.
Was so excited they were open, I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a order of 2 tacos. All of my food was smashed. The buns were smashed and the Mayo and chicken was falling out and even my tacos were smashed, the insides of them were spilled inside the bag. I’ve never had such a horrible experience. Reporting this.

This place is shut down for business right now. But the place looks trashed outside. Idk what's going on but hopefully it comes back soon as it is a favorite quick snack for me.
This is my favorite Jack in the Box, I only come to this location.
All jack in the boxes are ran by the same owner. He doesn't care about how the work environment is nor does he care about his employees. There has been no air conditioning in the last 3 years. The owner expects every one to put in their best for only 12$ an hour. Do not work here or eat here.
Great prices and great service
Food wasn't so good here. Breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns were under cooked, soggy. Service was fine.
I hate to say this but the wash basin plumbing is slow to drain. The wifi made a 386 microprocessor look like it could overclock at 4 terabytes per second, but the staff was very friendly and helpful the breakfast that was included was a Four Star breakfast. Scrambled eggs, roasted herb potatoes breakfast Sausage patties & biscuits & sausage cream gravey with coffee and many other options too. The queen size beds were very comfortable too. In all a good stay.
