I like the Double-Double...however consistency in product seemed a little off from the first In and Out experience I had in Arizona. The fries were "okay"...but do take a backseat to the burgers they do pretty well.
I went through the drive through at 11:14 am today. The staff was excellent with customer service. I was greeted by a person who quickly took my order.I had a reasonable wait to pay my bill and again got quick service. I drove and picked up my order. It was what I ordered; burger, fries and a drink. All great so farMy fries and burger were Luke warm. The fries were not crisp and the burger was so salty it was difficult to eat. I am not a picky eater but if I would get this again I would not eat itThis did not match the food quality I have heard about In-N-Out Burger
My favorite is Walmart super 1 alot of restaurants and alot of shops right in new Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill
My wife and I were visiting our son and daughter in law in Central Point. Have to mention are 1st grandson Hudson he is 7 1/2 months. Austyn wanted to go to In -N-out. It is hard to find such a happy helpful staff as you will here. They really do make a great burger and the fries are awesome! The shakes are very nice touch! Love everything about this place! Did I mention they clean all the time.

I have always enjoyed I-N-Out for many years. Food is always fresh tasting and presented in a neat and appealing manner. The staff is always clean, courteous, dressed and groomed That makes eating the food more appetizing.Please keep to these good standards. Many business don't care about this anymore

First experience with this fast food chain. It reminds me of growing up in Idaho and eating at the big bun, or hungry onion. Except at a higher price. With less food. The double double was like a double McDonald's cheeseburger with ring cut onions instead of minced. I wasn't missing out on anything by not eating here. I'll skip this place for Burger King or Wendy's next time.
Very disappointed with my experience. Customer service was good but the food was a let down. My bottom bun was stale, as well as my FRIES! The fries had a cardboard texture and were very dry.I’ll definitely have to try another location. The quality of the food at this location was not up to par.
After hearing my best friend hype it up for a while now I decided I would try it. I ordered a burger with regular onion, fries, and a lemonade. The burgers are AMAZING absolutely loved them; the vegetables tasted fresh and the tomatoes were juicy, AND they put a nice full slice of onion which I love. The lemonade was some of the best I've had at a fast food place. The fries on the other hand where underwhelming as they had no seasoning and a very displeasing texture; they did taste like real potatoes freshly cut but they weren't particularly enjoyable. I also noticed they were paying 18-20 something an hour too which is nice; though still technically below the livable wage ($25/hr) it pays more than many fast food places to date. I can always have more respect for a company that pays their workers better than minimum wage. Minus 1 star for bad fries and being a corporation (5 stars to small business only).
