The staff was so incredible. I mean you need to see these people make burgers and sandwiches. With the many orders they get, it's quite an art and undertaking how they can navigate and manage preparing the food and being kind to the customers. The food is great. Depending on the time you get in, the wait may be a bit longer but it's definitely worth the wait.
The food was excellent. My husband got the Philly hero and I got the meatball. It is just really hard to eat your food hearing the staff have a conversation about being American. One gal that worked there kept saying how she wasn't proud to be an American yet look at where you live and work. If your not proud to be an American leave the conversation for somewhere else not work.Very unprofessional staff cussing and just doing whatever they wanted. Find new staff.
I will of course change this rating pending an in store purchase but my first experience was via Uber eats. The burger I got was so overcooked it was not edible I ended up cutting it in half and eating three or four bites of the center as the outside of the patty was so hard and tasteless. The fries were so bland I ended up tossing them in the bin as well. Over all super turned off from ever even attempting to try again as this meal was so poor that even a non picky eater like me is willing to post the disgust.
This is by far my favorite place for a burger, philly cheesesteak or chicken stirfry! Best fries in town, and they just got beer!

If you what to try a hot fresh burger.. come enjoy one at heroes. We have some of the best burgers in Jackson Co. Our burger is never frozen, and is prepped fresh daily. This is a pulled pork jalapeño burger. Topped with onion rings. Not to mention, the brownies are made fresh daily aswell.
The atmosphere is friendly and staff is engaging. The food is so beyond yummy! Clean place, delicious food, lots of options, great staff, fast and accurate service.
Service was awesome. Very friendly. Their regular menu is good I wish the meat had more seasoning. I was kind of disappointed that the Mr. Beast Burger cost more than their regular and it was exactly the same as the regular menu. Other wise it was a good experience.
