First time going, ordered 2 simple meals and somehow they mixed the two and they both ended up getting messed up. No big deal. But when trying to ask them to fix it, they kept arguing as if we were mistaken or but my receipt proved them wrong. Unfortunately, first and last time going. The food was decent for being mismatched I guess lol
Omg...this restaurant was FILTHY!! I can't believe the County inspector allows them to operate when it's so dirty from floor to ceiling. Even the chef that was cooking the food and who came over to close a to go box had tons of dirt under his fingernails and it looked liked he hasn't washed his hands in who knows how long! I was halfway expecting a cockroach to scurry across the floor...food was okay but I hope I don't get sick from it considering how unsanitary it all looked. I'll never eat there again ?
After my family & I saw The Batman movie, which was awesome, we were hungry & decided to come to Happy Dragon Mongolian BBQ. I was happy with our choice to eat here. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was nice. The food was good quality ingredients. I love Mongolian because I put what I want in my bowl & they cook it in front of me. This place was a little different from what I'm used to in the fact that you have 2 bowls one for the food, one for the sauce, & the cooks used different utensils to cook with. Also there was more & different sauces to choose from, they asked if you wanted teriyaki drizzled on your food while they cooked it, & had a station with many more sauces, & toppings to add to fix after it was cooked. I'm definitely adding this place to my favorites.
Worst service experienced in my entire life, there are many kind spirited businesses that don’t harass customers dining alone. Here is the bad server posted on their page. Found the picture of the server who was cruel to me.
Horrible customer service, rude employees, lukewarm and average food.
Terrible service by lead brunette, interrupted my meal and asked me to leave, overcharged me and wouldn’t let me finish or take my food to go. Told me I had an attitude and didn’t want me in her restaurant and told me to leave and cheated me on my beverages, nasty, mentally unstable, hateful, claimed to be the owner. Wouldn’t give her name, let her know I would review this and it takes a lot for me to feel bullied by a restaurant, or perhaps she thought I was someone else. Clearly she doesn’t have pride in her work or her job.
I've been coming here for over a decade. While the name has changed a couple times over the years the food quality, friendly staff & the speed at which you get your food cook remains impressive.It's always neat to watch your meal being cooked on a super hot flattop as well ?
So yummy! I have no idea how my husband and I missed knowing there is a Mongolian BBQ in Medford! HaPrices are good. We loved it!I would highly recommend.(Just know you can't share food. And if you do all you can eat, you cannot take home leftovers)
Greeted right as we walked in, again while waiting to be seated…when seated offered rice and beverages however, no rice until I had 2 bites left of my plate. I even asked one of the ladies but she said I had to get it from my server. As I watched everyone around us get served their rice before they even sat down to eat. Customer was friendly though other than that.
