It's Five Guy's, so you know the burger will be good. Typical menu and decor. Staff at this location is courteous and quick to serve arriving customers. The burger takes the typical time for a five guys. I've never been to this location when it was busy, but I judge that by a Five Guy's standard from Virginia, where it was always packed. Price is"average" for a west coast location too.
We ordered two cheeseburgers. We were dismayed to find they had double meat. Thinking we had the wrong order we discovered that to get a single burger we should have ordered a little or small burger. Who would ever know that was not the child order! It was five items down the menu. Anyway, we didn’t enjoy the burgers. It was too much meat and the bun wasn’t any good either. I feel that the deceptive menu was just an underhanded way to get folks to order the more expensive double. NO WHERE ON THE MENU BOARD DID IT EXPLAIN THAT A HAMBURGER WAS A DOUBLE. WE WONT BE BACK.
BEST 5 GUYS EVER, STAYED OPEN PAST CLOSE AND FED OVER 16 HUNGRY BASEBALL PLAYERS. STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE, FOOD WAS AMAZING. EVERYONE DESERVES A RAISE. GOOD PEOPLE.
These guys killed it for me today. I messed up and put an online order for the other location. Once we figured it out they called the other store and made me a fresh burger right there on the spot. I always expect awesome food from these guys (seriously, sooo much better than in-and-out) but today I got above and beyond awesome service too. Way to go 5 guys!
The store is clean and the staff very friendly, they get a 5. The food was good, but not exceptional. Th egrets thing here is that your burger is one price and they don’t charge to addd other toppings such as peppers, grilled onions, etc. I was disappointed in the mushrooms, obviously canned. If you order a large French fry, it is large. Probably enough for 3 or 4 people. The soft drink machine is the kind that has over 100 variations to choose from.
The food is great and so is the service. I love how you can get the burger exactly as you want it. The free peanuts are always a hit with the kids while they wait. And the fries? Amazing. The shakes? Amazing. definitely recommend!

Finally tried it. Needless to say it was pretty damn good for what it is, the Cajun fries are super seasoned and a little spicy if your not used to spicy food, but delicious! The burgers are cooked well and made fresh when you order! ??
Had the opportunity to work for them right when they opened for a bit before leaving the company due to management not wanting to do anything about getting harassed by other employees. The food is hands down the best for burgers around town though, and MOST of the employees are very friendly and the BACON MILKSHAKE is a must try!!
Awesome burgers. I would like to say if u get fries go for the Cajun style, and the small fry would feed at least 3 people. It was awesome.
