Man, I hate giving 1 stars out but, I pulled up at just before 8pm out front, wife and kid got out to order, I waited right out front, I was able to see they were not busy and seen about 4 employees standing behind bar from car. 8:36 my wife walks out with there 2 subs to go. SMH. Dig the food, but unfortunately I will not go back. I am in and out of Subway and my time is important. We all been dying since birth, that's a long time to make some subs man. ✌️❤️??To all.
This was my first time eating here. My sub was a little soggy in places which I did not like. The meat was too watery and it looked more like processed meat (cheap) than it did regular meat. It was fine but not good enough to make it my regular stop. I ate it but I didn't enjoy it. It was kinda sloppily put together. Disappointing.
Very yummy food. We are spoiled with the modern world of doordash and grubhub. Firehouse Subs why do the drinks with our orders keep not showing up? This is a repeat thing. Please work on this. Thank you .
I'm truly floored by how absolutely horrible multiple experiences have been. All I ask for is not toasted and NOT melted cheese. Impossible apparently. My wife and kids like the meatball subs so we go here and I only ask one thing multiple times when we go: please do not toast or melt. Guess what happens every. single. time? Shocking.Sure enough tonight. The family gets the usual, I get a simple sandwich and it's toasted and melted.
Great food. Too many homeless & confrontational garbage people enter when I'm trying to dine in. The establishment doesn't ask them to leave or call police. I may pickup only in the future or stop going if they can't get the homeless & dangerous looking ppl away
Love coming here to have a Firehouse Club with the Romaine and Cajin Mayo options, just peer yummyness!!! ??
Upbeat customer service experience... it's rare to see people happy to be at work but these people actually show that
Really good subs. My husband got a pastrami sub and I got turkey and pastrami with vinegar and oil. Delicious! Lots of options for meat. Good choices for hot or cold subs/sandwiches
Food was really good. Bathroom needed some help. Staff was friendly & helpful
A wonderful young lass took my order and answered all my questions for I was not familiar with the fare.My order was prepared expeditiously and to the tee!My BLT sub is delicious! Thank you!
