They are always fast and they're always pretty versed in Cross coffee lingo. Like I always ask for humanbean specials, they don't even say nothing they just make their version which is awesome.

Slow service. I can see if they are short-handed but waited in line for 20 minutes to find 4 workers inside...2 dancing around and laughing and two that actually appeared to be working. This doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. I have gone through 4 different Dutch Bros in the past 2 months and all seem to be the same...standards have lowered quite a bit. Service is slow! No more quick drive-thru to get a coffee.
