I stopped by on my birthday this last week and the girl who took my order was rude, the people at the window were delightful though but my drink was absolutely wrong. I was on my way to an appt. And when I finally drank it it was a bummer: no creme de menth flavor and It was even the wrong color! Since I order it with white coffee if it's made right its green.
Drinks were good, servers were a little rude but they just may have been having a bad day.
I love there varity of drinks and customer service at each DB

Low rating is not for staff. They are great and very friendly, prompt.The one star is because they changed the recipe on their freeze. My dad qnd I religiously would get 1 to 2 per day and loved the mix. We were highly disappointed to taste the new blend. Nothing compares to the original freeze. I wish they would switch back.
