We waited over a hour for our food, never got it. They were not busy at all. The waiter said we have a new cook, and the printer put out another order first. we will never got to Dennys again, would rather not eat then go there.Other people also walked out. You have the worsted service ever.
Horrible place to come all crack heads this place is gone so far down hill should be closed down with the lack of service and hygiene of staff
So the food is good here, the video lottery is open until 2:30 bit the wait time on food to go or to eat there is a crazy amount of time to wait. They also barley have staff alot of the time the staff they do have will be outside smoking and talking for a good 30 minutes regardless of a customer needs something or not. If you order here expect it to take a while and check your order before you exit the store.
The food was great, service was phenomenal, and the staff worked with great poise, even from customers walking in without masks (during indoor mandate). Manager Lexi and her staff are the reason I will come back and recommend this location. Super appreciate you all!!!

What can I say... It was Denny's, what more can you expect. Staff were nice. You may ask why I'm giving such a high rating? $10 off my meal is a hell of a deal.
I would give them ZERO stars if that were possible. I was in town getting work done on my kids car. I had about five hours to kill and saw Denny's right down the street. GREAT I thought. I was wrong. I walked in and was informed that I needed a mask to walk the 20 feet to a booth at which time I would no longer need a mask. I let the staff know I didn't have one because I was driving my kids car and there weren't any in it. Remember, I'm coming in from out of state to spend dollars in the Medford community. I was told I could go to another store down the street, not spend any money with them, take their mask, AND THEN come back to Denny's. I asked them if they could provide one to walk to the booth. I was told no. I already had a cup of coffee in my hand, which I understand allows me to not have to put a mask on while "eating and drinking", I asked if I could put the crook of my arm over my mouth and nose until I was seated. I was told no. I gladly took my business across the street to someone who actually wanted my business. Which ironically, on the "welcome/daily special" board when I walked in, said they would take $10 off my bill if I gave them a 5 star review. Here's your review. I wish they would have been a little more understanding and welcomed my business in these hard economical times. I'd guess corporate has chosen to not provide masks to those few paying customers that were not prepared for having to wear a mask. Super disappointing.
Visited today, had the double cheeseburger and fries, it did not disappoint! Melted in the mouth. My girls LOVED the pancakes and the service was exceptional! Will definitely be coming back!
