Way better chicken than the bell, and way better other options as well. Thursday cheap chicken taco night is the best!
Went in at 2:45 for 2 itemsWaited for 20 mins and they didn’t have the food ready kept saying it was close soI got a refund at 3:10... with a lot of attitude about how that would take longer . I just don’t think fast food should take 25 mins but if it does don’t be rude and prideful about it.
I ordered three tostadas no red sauce they put red sauce on it I ordered two bean burritos plain beans only there was cheese ordered two large Cokes got Diet Coke ordered three things of churros they were beyond fried they were overcooked the only items that was correct was the three chicken soft tacos that is ridiculous and absolutely despicable I'm very unhappy with the quality of food customer service and the poor lack of attention to what we ordered.
The experienced is mixed. The employees range from nice and quick to high on meth and what that entails. The food reflects the people on duty.
Food is good, for fast food, and staff is polite and patient. I was impressed with their customer service.

Used to like Del Taco ok for a fast food place. I haven't been here in a while but from what I remember the food was a lot better before. On top of that we didn't get all of our order. Maybe sorry staffed could be the issue but just got to understand I'd rather wait for it to be correct then have it faster and incorrect... Bummed!
This Del Taco is pretty good. We have been there quite a few times, and always have a pretty positive dining experience. They've got lots of different items on the menu, and the prices certainly are reasonable.It's also nice that they keep the drive thru open. Anyways, next time you're in North Medford, stop by for some tasty tacos, burritos, and beverages!
Love there tacos, and there secret salsa, you gotta know about it to ask for it;) super clean kitchen and the owner takes care of it, and is super friendly and LOCAL which I always love seeing!:)
This Del Taco is amazing! The best customer service I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant!! We walked through the drive though since dine in was closed and everyone was so friendly! They helped get our order and made sure we were safe. He talked to us while we waited for our order. He was very humble and kindly handed us our food. He made sure we didn’t leave without sauces and plenty of napkins! Thanks so much Nate! You got a great place with a very friendly feel!
