We paid $32 for 3 of the most horrible meals I've ever purchased. I live 5 blocks away. Burger is cold, fries are cold. The food was not correct. The burgers were slapped together. The buns were smashed and soggy. One burger called for mustard, there was a squirt on the edge. They are supposed to be 1/2 pound and look just like the 1/4 pound. If I could add pictures I'd show you exactly what we got. Happy Mothers Day to me, huh?I will NEVER go to this restaurant again! The worst fast food I've had in a long time. When you go get your food it should be correct the first time. You shouldn't have to go back and get it fixed. It should be hot and fresh. These employees get paid $15 an hour...we should get what we pay for. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Take pride in what you do, have self respect as an employee or work somewhere else
After giving up fast food decades ago, I do go for a burger, fries and shake once or twice a year. Last night (3/15/22, 9 pm-ish ) I went to this DQ and ordered that, and politely asked please no whipping cream on the shake. It came with whipping cream, the bun on the burger was tough, and the fries were ice cold. The window person was taking another order as she gave me mine, but my (coin) change fell on the ground 'cuz she slapped it in my hand too fast and slammed the window shut. Once she finally re-opened it she gave me the change again and the same thing happened. I wish they'd train these drive-up folks to put the coins in your hand FIRST, then the paper money on top of that so they don't slide off (some of us gals have small hands). So I just drove off. Anyhow-- too hasty, didn't listen, and food was horrible. First time I can say that in my nearly 70 years. Won't ever go back there. Especially for $13 and couldn't even enjoy the food.
Getting to the point with the high prices that you may as well go to a real burger joint. But i still love the dilly bars and peanut buster parfaits
Good food, good service. But The drive thru doesn't have the order screen that shows te items on your order or your total. So very frustrating having to repeat yourself back and forth. Other then that good ?
Food and service are usually decent. Side portions are a joke, though. And anytime I order a burger it comes drowning in sauces.
My favorite Burger King burnt down in the Almeda fire last year in Ashland and is being replaced with a Dairy Queen. Today we decided to go check out the DQ on West Main to see if we might want to try the new one when it opens. It has been a while since we've been to DQ. It was Great! We had the double cheese burgers (2 for $6), onion rings and a soda. The meat was wonderful. It was actually like a patty from home. And the onion rings were actual onions. Plus they didn't taste oily. We were really impressed and will happily try out the new location when it's completed.
The food is good but the service is slow. A couple hours ago I visited this dairy queen.I ordered a 6 and 4 peice sauce and toss which should be around 15 bucks and a small blizzard. My total came out to 27-28 dollars I dont remember. But there should be no way that these items should cost this much.
Ordered chicken sandwich with onion rings. What I got was chicken strips with fries, and without a 35 cent ranch dressing, it was pretty awful.
the girl Jaymi who helped me was very nice ???❤️❤️❤️
I usually order cheese burgers with only ketchup.. I was made fun of for this and then charged an extra 2 dollars for no reason.. then they want my change?! What a joke.. 8 minute wait? No warning that I was going to be held up.. the last blizzard I had there was not mixed and wouldn't have held up to the flip test. At 5.69 for a 20oz ice cream you'd better get it right. it also had caramel in it when I never asked for it yuck. Needless to say I won't be back to this location even though it's closest to my home.
