To start our order was wrong. The ice cream was wrong flavor. S’mores cookie was not in box. When we asked to fix, we where told that cookie was at least 18 minutes away from being ready.? Then because we took the lid of ice cream they would not replace with right flavor that was ordered?!
I love Crumbl. They have new cookies weekly and it’s so fun to check on Facebook and see what they have for the week. My daughters, husband and and I all love trying the different flavors. It’s a fun treat to get big cookies for us. We go a couple times a month and just love it.
We ordered for delivery. The order was wrong. The rude girl who answered the phone said I should have ordered through their app and refused to do anything about their mistake. And, they put in a cookie that had nuts sprinkled across the top. Did they ever hear of food allergies? Bad service, wrong order=NEVER AGAIN! And, seriously- way too expensive!
Crumbl cookies gets a lot of hype but honestly wasn't any better than any other cookie I've eaten. They are good cookies and service is fast and efficient. But in the end its just an overpriced average cookie

Alisa always greets us with a smile and a special hello when we come in- it makes me feel like a regular! I can’t say enough kind things about the staff and these DELICIOUS COOKIES!!!!
I love Crumbl Cookies! So far I’ve received my cookies through their delivery service. They always arrive fresh, soft and warm…or nice and cold for the chilled ones. I also love that the menu changes weekly. It’s at least one good reason to look forward to Monday.
Really good cookies! A lot tend to be on the sweeter side so be warned, but I’ve enjoyed a lot of the variety they have every week. Definitely give it a try!
Just received our first delivery of 12 cookies. We live far from a store, so our cookies were shipped individually wrapped, as opposed to fresh from the local store. And even though they weren't served warm from the store, the cookies were AMAZING!! The cookies are so incredibly soft and chewy. Just how I like them. I will definitely be ordering more so I can make sure I've tasted each cookie they offer for shipping. So far I think the white chocolate macadamia are my favorite cookie. YUMMMMM.
This was my very first time ordering. It was very easy and I didn't wait long. They were amazing and were working their tails off!Now, the cookies:While I do enjoy sugar cookies, they are usually not my "go-to" cookie. Today, that was not the case. I thought FOR SURE the brownie one would be my fave with the chocolate chip at a close second, but alas, the sugar cookie has won first place in this selection of decadent yummyness. Cake batter would be second choice, with smores following in third, then brownie in fourth and then the chocolate chip in last. Only because I am a dark chocolate fan, and this just wasn't that great to me. They were spendy but delicious. I would definitely buy again. Lol
