Best ice cream I had in a long time. My son and I got larges and they were HUGE. It was very busy, but the line moved fast and the staff was friendly. The hardest part was deciding on a flavor ? yeah it’s expensive, but it was really good. I wouldn’t listen to the negative reviews. Just don’t go anywhere right before closing unless it’s an emergency… that’s just common decency. And don’t expect it to be cheap. If you’re looking for cheap, Walmart might have some great value ice cream on sale. Lol. I do believe it’s more of a special occasion type ice cream though.
Haven't been to a Coldstone in a long time. But this was just as delicious as i remembered! The serving could have been slightly more generous. It was still exactly what i was craving though! The establishment was clean and the staff was courteous. If great pre- packed options in their freezers too!Looking forward to our next trip for a treat!

We are shaking from how horrible the service was. From the moment we stepped in the door they asked us to stand outside in the 100 + degree heat. There was only 5 people in line and two families of 6 standing out in the heat! Then when we decided to go in anyways because there was two people in line and no employee was going to ask us in. Then they rushed us through the line. Kids were overwhelmed with choices and ended up picking just anything so they didn’t feel bad for cho
WARNING TO POTENTIAL JOB SEEKERSOwner hires groups of teens and will fire at least half without reason. This is not illegal in Oregon, but is bad practice. After searching previous employee's experiences, this has been going on since 2020.
