Terrible Chipotle location. Every time I've been here, they're out of SEVERAL items, always at least one meat and veggies. Yesterday it was chicken, carnitas, sofritas, veggies, and FORKS. But they don't tell you they're out of veggies and forks until you ask for them, for your burrito bowl! It's already irritating trying to eat here on keto/low carb when you don't get rice or beans and sub veggies, but they never have veggies available, and then also have to pay extra for more meat and queso. Definitely not worth $13+. This location is always dirty, as well. They had at least 6 people working yesterday and we were in line for 15 minutes behind just 4 people and the store was gross. Not going back.

Husband and daughter ate here, they like it; I don't. Husband got sick by the time we got home.Not cool guys!
Honestly wouldn’t even give them a star but you have to. The customer service we received today was very poor, the restaurant was dirty, the soda machines were out of syrup, I had bones in my chicken, they were out of food, and the staff were not friendly. Overall just not impressed
They were out of multiple items. Employees had an attitude when customers asked about them. Tried to order some chips, said they were out, you could see a huge container full of them through the doorway. They said those were for mobile orders. Ended up ordering chips through the app so we could get some.
This has got to be the worst Chipotle by far. You'd think I'd have learned that door dash orders seem to only get gristle and fat instead of meat but I guess I havent. Done waste your money on this store if you're going through door dash. Hopefully instore customers don't get ripped off like I've been. Last time, ggs bozos.
Second time we’ve been there and they are out of chips. Tonight they also did not have guacamole!
I am a HUGE Chipotle fan but today your losing me. I came in for lunch and I was told that you were out of steak, then you were out of veggies. I ordered a chicken bowl and iced tea. I went to get a straw and a fork but there was NONE. I went back upfront and the lady at the counter says, " Oh yeah, were out of those too!" THEN WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME THAT BEFORE I ORDERED A BOWL? How am I supposed to eat it? So I head back across town to get a fork and eat... and the Chicken tastes like a salt lick. The bowl is inedible. Throwing it in the trash and making a sandwich I guess.
Delicious food and fast, efficient service! I love eating here and when i pick up deliveries, they are always ready. Never had a problem with any missing or wrong items!
No ice.No straws.No napkins.Bathroom had feces all over toilet. I now remember why I haven't been here in years. Way overpriced, terrible service and a dirty resteraunt.
