The food was great and customer service superb! I did feel a little bad for the workers having to be outside it that hot weather, but they sure killed it! Our order was on point and even with being busy they got it out quickly. The chicken is so juicy and the Mac and cheese is really good as well, their fries are also super yummy.
Arrived right before lunch items available, the crew said yes they could take our order but it would be just a little bit due to change over. It was out to us pretty dang quick and with the BEST customer service!! The new young man training (forgot his name) did a GREAT JOB and had a nice smile to boot. Thank you ?
I really like this chain but this place had a few glaring issues...I did appreciate the level of activity I saw from the counter attendants as they were focused on their tasks.1. Fries underdone. They were on the verge of blanched and where a bit chewy.2. I went to the counter to get some ketchup from what I found out is the hostess stand. Had two packets in y hand when the hostess walked up and gave me thr immediate feeling I was doing something wrong. I asked if it was OK to take from that location and she informed me that it was the hostess supply and there was a customer sauce supply in another location. This location was by the bathroom entrance which I feel is pretty bad placement. On top of that there was no signage to inform the casual customer to highlight the area.I wish it stopped there...After my awkward exchange with the hostess she thought it'd be good to give me "her favorite sauce combo" to which I said "ok" and went back to my table.There is more...The hostess walked the tables which also made me feel a bit uncomfortable. She made a few rounds and then stopped at my table to ask if I had any questions. I said no as I'm an adult and would engage the staff if I had any. Really long pause and she walked away... I never felt so awkward eating fast food! I ate the rest of my food in a bit more haste and left.I wish nothing but the best for the staff and continue to receive good feedback to get better.3 stars. It's OK. Sadly, Won't be back though.
Got our order right, including the condiments, which doesn't always happen. What can you say - waffle fries!
5 stars for great customer service! My wife and I visited chick -fil-a for the first time after a long day of hiking. We felt tired and wasnt really sure what to order. We were greeted by Joshua - he was very warm and friendly and helped us with some recommendations. He personally served us and greeted us when we left too. Really made our day. Thanks Joshua!
Have eaten at chick fila s all over the country and this one gave extremely small filets (spicy chicken sandwich shown below)
I talked to the manager, Lauren Rollette (spelled phonetically...) to commend her on her staff, and they did very well during a lunch rush surge, my service was very good, cashiers friendly and helpful, quickly gave me my military discount, just a great lunch and experience. However, Lauren deserves to be commended as well. The skill and drive she used to motivate and lead her team was obvious and effective. She led, but I also saw her everywhere, helping out where needed, busing tables, walking food out to curbside, helping people who needed refills, orders, etc. and on and on. Chick-fil-a leadership, you've got a good one in Lauren, promote her, but we sort of don't want to lose her here in Medford! Thanks Lauren, you're the best!!!
Not as fast as when they opened, food is good as always. It's tough to keep that southern hospitality in the west.

They had some gluten free options for a family member who has allergies. We did talk to a manager to get clear information, but the staff were polite and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place.
