I am not sure which CarI's this is, have a Carl's Jr 2 blocks from my house but I drive to the middle of Medford to go to the Carl's in the Bear Creek Plaza because they are better. The fries are fresh if you ask for no salt they give no salt fries. They don't just slop the food to gather. So it is worth the gas and time to go to that one. oh and the one by me is on Crater Lake hwy they also don't give me a receipt if I ask for anything 'special' so it is harder to complain. So good luck with which ever one you pick.
I ordered two burgers, a double bacon burger with extra cheese, a big Carl and a strawberry shake. The shake machine wasn't working, got home and my bacon double burger was missing the bacon and my big Carl had less special sauce, which made it dry. Prices have increased and we get food that is incorrect. It's not hard to read the screen and make an order right. I wont be going back for sure. Disappointed
I had a large drive thru order that was perfect except for adding or asking if we wanted sauce with our Chicken Stars. My granddaughter was very disappointed.
Short line, food was ready fast, and employee was very nice and accommodating. My food was just as expected. I had a guacamole bacon burger. Good taste and just the right amount of condiments and fixings.
Why don't you ask food very often stop there after grocery shopping had the hand handbreaded chicken strips they had me pull around so they could make fresh ones which is totally legit I would much rather weigh a few minutes for some fresh refresh than get out of there in 10 seconds with some gross old
The food is consistent however it seems that the customer service has taken a dive, very slow and his to get done!
10 minute wait in the drive through parking cold fries, what tasted like freezer burned burger patties and watered down soda's. Probably not going to be going back
Brought our food out fast but I could they made it bad. The chicken sandwich had too much mayo we needed napkins to take off most of it. Tables were not clean and floors so sticky.
Love the food. Tried the chicken waffle sandwich, liked it a lot but it won't replace my burgers.
Recently gave me a burger with a real beef patty even though I wanted the substitute beyond patty. Usually they're pretty good.
