I visited the Stewart Avenue store in Medford , Oregon today, May 7th about 7:20 pm. The petite young lady in the drive through didn’t have a name tag I could see, but she really made my day! I cannot remember a more friendly, cheerful and pleasant experience at a drive through! Her smile lit up a dreary day. She was so pleasant and patient when I inquired about making my sandwich a little different to match my taste. This employee deserves a raise! The food was really tasty too! I had not tried this chain before but will def be coming back!
This location has always gotten my order down perfectly! I have a very limited diet and I can always rest assured that when I order here with all my extra request, the order will actually be what I ordered. It's very nice to have that peace of mind and I'm really grateful for all the employees and their attention to detail. Thank you so much!
Ordered 2 meals with zucchini as sides and a chicken sandwich. Burgers were cold and they forgot both sides of zucchini. I normally check my back before I drive off. Sadly, I did not this time.
Paid 5.29 for the Chicken Waffle sandwich. The chicken was under cooked waffle was soggy and small. Very disappointed in the quality and quantity. Never order that again.
Always clean and open for use. I really appreciate they were open for dine in during covid when many places weren’t. Thank you.
Personable staff checked on me several times as I did paperwork and enjoyed a good-bang-for-my-bucks meal!
Guacamole burger is great. Shakes are too small but good. Order 2. Onion rings ok. 1 was chewy the rest were great. Need seasoned fries.
Unfortunately, there was a long wait for the food. They had to wait for something to fry and that's understandable. They let me know when brought out the food. That was appreciated, but, it would have been better to let me know about the long wait when they asked me to pull around and park.
Friendly staff with quick drive thru. Great for door dashers too because you can go inside and get your orders more quickly.
Took forever when we were told it would be a short wait for breakfast In front of the store . No one was behind us and yet they rushed us into ordering. When we ordered through drive through they sounded very annoyed and rushed us. Went in to use the restroom and had to wait for someone to use the bathroom- when we did in fact pay for food already.
