The Baskin-Robbins here in Medford, is an okay place to get ice cream with your friends and family. Much of their customer service depends on who is working, and how long they've been working there for. We have been there several times, and it seems like they go through a lot of employee changes, understandably..In any case the ice cream is tasty, and reasonably priced. Give them a shot, you got at least 31 flavors to choose from!
