We've been going there for more than a decade before the pandemic, and we had to take it off the list. This was our third time back and I have to say they brought their standards back up they're back on the list it's good comfort food for what you pay for it's exactly what you get. The help and staff are very friendly. The place was very clean when we were there exceptionally so.Posting an update Friday June 3 2022 around 6:30 pm hostess asked how many we said 2... And asked for a booth. There were 4 in plain sight to the left on the light airy side instead she asks us to follow to the right and to the VERY CROWDED DARK side and seats is at a table we again asked for a booth... She said she just sat the other people in front of us there on that side of the restaurant and she will not accommodate us because she is too busy and this is the only choice we have.... We said if we can't sit in a booth we will go else where and she said she was too busy for us anyway.We will not be back again??????
Arrived at 8:05pm, was told the kitchen was backed up and they were not seating for the rest of the night. Hours show open until 9:00pm. It’s my understanding in the restaurant industry, that customers should be seated until closing. Sometimes, the kitchen and wait staff have to stay a little late for those last minute customers. It’s the nature of the industry. As I arrived, lots of customers were leaving and from what I could see inside, less than half the tables were seated and most of them had already been served. I was refused service because some lazy employees didn’t want to work a little more tonight. It’s a Saturday night. Restaurants should EXPECT to be busier. Unacceptable work ethic!
Ordered 8 oz sirloin got a 5 oz instead I think they call that fraud and false advertisement
I know it’s just Applebees but the food still wasn’t great. I gave them a little lenience because I know they aren’t known for their quality. The employees were very nice the food was just mediocre.
Randolph gave us some of the best service I've ever received. I've worked in restaurants and I recognize good service when I see it and this was textbook. Management, give this man a raise or whatever you need to do to keep him around because he is amazing.
The waitress was great, the food was lacking. It lacked flavor, the best part of the burger was the pickle.
Usually when we eat here it's good but not this time the service was okay but the food was terrible we will not be coming back ever again...
First time in a long time we have had a great experience here at this particular Applebee's...So nice to be able to enjoy it again here...
It's been months since we were last in and out was good to see that the menu is expanding back. Great food, spunky waitressing, nice atmosphere, still waiting for their wonton stir fry to remake an appearance.We talked with some staff and as with other places, there are supply chain challenges. Still a really great place to eat!
Usually order carside to-go. Haven’t had any problems. Staff is usually nice and quick. Wish the menu had a little more options, but that’s not up to the location. Overall, solid food choice
