I am not joking when I say I waited 31 minutes for one bagel four girls were on the making side. Coffee two or three young men doing whatever!! Absolutely no excuse and then hearing delivery driver say that they've been waiting even longer for their items is horrible and absolutely not a good business practice for sure so if you're willing to give up an hour of your time to wait for a bagel That honestly was not very good at all just saying.
I have been doing business with less schwab since 1983. I have never had anything disagreeable with them. Always fast polite and efficient. The people working there are awesome. Prices are comparable. They make my driving experience feel safe. 5 stars for sure.
Just went this morning and ordered a toasted apple cinnamon bagel w/cs. Sadly it tastes like garlic and onion which I can only assume is b/c they are cutting on the same board with everything bagels or using the same knife. Not good when your apple bagel tastes like garlic and onion. Disappointed :-(
Honestly the food and drinks here aren't bad, although I've tried 3 different sandwiches and only one was really worth getting again. Their soda machine has also been down for the count for at least 7 months now. But their bagels are tasty and I love that you can choose which type of bagel you want for every sandwich on their menu. The apple cinnamon is my personal favorite bagel on its own and I try to get one to go every time I come in.What I don't like about Ahuva though:There is a male staff member (the only one I've seen here to my knowledge) that has been pretty obnoxious and crude whenever I've been here. The first time he must have been on break and was sitting in the public/customer seating area watching an extremely loud video on his phone, full volume and no earbuds or headset and no attempt to be respectful of being in a public setting. I thought he was just a customer until he was called behind the counter. The second time, while behind the counter, he was belching and making other similarly gross noises that I personally don't want to hear coming from the person making my food (or near my food) nor while trying to enjoy my food. It's fine while at home or with friends, and sometimes things slip out, but at least try to maintain a modicum of professionalism especially when you work in the food prep industry. The third time I visited (and also notably the only time I've actually seen him doing anything work related), he was taking orders at the register and this is the only time I've visited Ahuva where I also coincidentally received (and was charged for) the wrong order.Overall I do like the food and may come back occasionally, but it's not a place I feel is worth visiting often, especially if you intend to eat there.
Bagels were rock hard. Not sure how they expected folks to eat them like this. No amount of cream cheese was going to help this. To their credit, they did offer a refund, so that was appreciated, but yeah, no way could I serve these to a conference of people.
The bagels are awesome, but the service and vibes are terrible. I walked in and waited to place my order for 10 minutes, and the employees didn’t greet me or even say “just one moment.” Personally I didn’t think it looked busy, there were only two other customers in the store and 5 employees in the store. Additionally, when I do manage to get a bagel, it takes a very long time to make. I recommend ordering for pickup or door dash
awesome bagles, and Jacob and Lauren are just good people along with the rest of the staff. cool vibe and good place to relax and grab a bite
Went to this place for the first time today. Had a delicious bagel, and their coffee was great as well. The staff was awesome, and very friendly. Also enjoyed the environment. Best bagel place around!
Super soft smooth fresh bagels & awesome veggie & regular cream cheese! Had a yummy latte this morning from them for the 1st time & the bagel was so good I had another for lunch. Local, delicious & as fresh as it gets!
This place is amazing!! My kids and I frequent here at least once a week usually twice. Their veggie cream cheese is awesome!I’ve never had a bad experience here. I love this place. I would highly encourage anyone who loves bagels to try the jalapeño bagel with the veggie cream cheese, it’s so good!!
